When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of USD 250 per stay applies. USD 150 of the fee is nonrefundable. A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed.

Take advantage of our shuttle service to and from the O’Hare International Airport every 30 minutes between 03:30 and 23:30. As of February 1st, 2024, all passengers' pick-ups will occur at Terminal 2, Middle Lane and Door 2E for both domestic and international arrivals.

Additionally, the Airport Transit System (ATS) is available 24 hours a day, taking you to the Car Rental Hub, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Needs some TLC
Pros:

The staff was polite and helpful. The bed was actually comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It was quiet.

Cons:

The facilities were run-down, outdated and felt dirty. The carpet was stained, and it didn't look or smell very clean. The pillows were lumpy. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, which was also dirty - floor and tables were sticky. We ordered the salad, which was decent but the Italian meatballs were awful. The waitress was sympathetic and took them off our bill. Honestly, we were so tired from travel, we made it all work, but we were very disappointed.

快適な滞在
Pros:

飛行機乗り継ぎのためのエアポートホテルとして利用しましたが、部屋の広さや快適性、スタッフのホスピタリティ、すべてにおいて期待以上でした。
併設のレストランも素晴らしかったですし、空港・ホテル間の無料シャトルも便利で助かりました。
機会があればまた利用したいです。

My Title would be "I want to live here, it's cheaper than my mortgage "
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful and my job helped me due to my power being out on the South Suburbs. Ramon and Dragon are 2 of the best and most accommodating guest service people I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting. I extended my stay 1 extra day due to those two guest service reps.
I am so excited Chicago Dogs helped us out.
I WANT RESENDENCY (just kidding). But We will be back...

Pros:

It was easily accessible from the airport and the shuttle was convenient. The store and free coffee in the lobby was nice and I appreciated the daily credit.

Cons:

Getting to and from the city was a bit inconvenient. That is not the hotels fault just be aware that getting to downtown Chicago is difficult.

Good value and comfort
Pros:

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in years! Traveling with my sister and having separate species for the beds without paying for two rooms was amazing!

Cons:

Super high pet fee! We had a kitten that was a week old and being bottle fed. They still charged $150 nonrefundable for him.
