My only complaint is I was looking forward to a hot bath for an aching back, and don't have a tub at home. The room didn't have a stopper for the tub, and the desk said the hotel didn't have a single one. How hard would it be to pick up a handful of tub drain covers at the Dollar store? I guess guests are suppised to bring their own now. 🙁

I went down to eat breakfast about 745 and there was no food. I waited until 8:30 and went back down. There still no foodI went to the desk and asked them about the food and they said there is no worker there today and lady did not come make no food. No place to throw your trash away. Trash can's full place was a mass.

The hall rug is due for a shampooing, the centre strip in much darker than the outside edges.

The lights in the room were a little.... fluorescent. The cool-blue was not very serene.

We had two rooms on the 4th floor and both rooms smelled. Three of the four of us are allergic to mold and ended up taking benedryl. We cracked the window open just enough to let a little fresh air in and it helped. This hotel definitely needs some updating and repairs. Wallpaper is bubbling, water stains and peeling and fixtures rusted and outdated. The breakfast was nice to have available, but it was just okay. This hotel was okay for the one night we had to stay in the area, but I probably wouldn't stay again for what we paid. I would be willing to pay even a little more for a better place.

The staff was not very friendly mor business like.

El desayuno se agotó a las 9:00 am, una hora antes de lo que indicó el hotel pues nos habian dicho que el desayuno era de 7:00 a 10:00 am, pero ya a las 9:00 am se habian agotado varias opciones. A las 9:30 informamos que no habia huevvo, que por favor repusieran y fueron groseros en su respuesta y no atendieron a nuestra solicitud, mis hijas no pudieron desayunar y varios huespedes mas tampoco. Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias y son oscuras.

It was the graduation weekend. Breakfast was available until 10am and at 9:40 they picked up all the food. Many folks were arriving around 9:40 to find no breakfast and some complained. We were met with attitude from staff. The reason we went with best western was bc we were a very large group traveling internationally and saw the breakfast included as a major benefit.

The sofa bed was very poor, with an old and very thin mattress. The bedding was worn out and torn, and the blankets were very thin. Since I was traveling with my family, my wife and children slept in the bed to have some comfort. I slept on the uncomfortable sofa bed and felt cold during the night. It was very expensive for such poor comfort.

Limpeza no quarto ficou a desejar. Mal a cama era arrumada. Tiravam apenas o lixo.
Já no café da manhã, os ingredientes do waffer não eram repostos, mesmo estando dentro do horário do café.
