I enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again, and the staff was the best part!
Pros:

I liked the space in the room, the pool and the sauna, the staff were just outstanding during my four day stay there the bed was extremely comfortable and I have a bad back, so it was nice not waking up in pain.

Cons:

The facilities need some work, the elevator was slow and made noise, the was a weird carpet smell in the carpet elevator, and there is not door stopper for the bathroom. I was trying to keep it open because I don't like closed in spaces.

Great value, overall pleasant experience.
Pros:

Spacious Room, acceptable breakfast, very responsive staff at breakfast

Cons:

Wifi not super-fast but acceptable. No luggage racks to set travel cases on.

Great!! We loved Jessie.
Pros:

My family and I absolutely loved everything. We only wished to have been able to spend more time in Kalamazoo and enjoyed our lodging even more. The breakfast was delicious and offered much variety. The pool was enjoyed evening and morning by the younger family members and they had a great time. It was clean and grandpa loved watching!! We had brief interaction with a member of the cleaning staff who was very nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name. But the best of the best is saved for Jessie, the young lady at the desk. She was so friendly and so helpful in all ways. She made our stay the greatest!! Thanks Jessie for everything!!
If we go vacation in Michigan again we will no doubt go to this Best Western again!

Cons:

For this grandpa the pool water was too cool. LOL
But everyone else enjoyed it so who cares. Hahaha

Pros:

Fresh paint and clean carpet in public areas. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room itself. One pillow looked like someone had slept on it with a full face of makeup. Bathroom mirror was splattered and streaky. Could see a lot of dust and crumbs around edges by closet and furniture.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, pool was great (besides no towels) and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was alright, the room was quite dirty (the shower was not cleaned from the person before us-there was soap from person before, and lots of crumbs on the floor)

Pros:

First 3 days were good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The last day the toilet clogged up and there was no maintenance staff available to assist. They gave us a sink plunger 🪠 to try and unclog the toilet ourselves. They refunded me and I went to another hotel because no alternative room was available.
