Pros:

Fresh paint and clean carpet in public areas. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room itself. One pillow looked like someone had slept on it with a full face of makeup. Bathroom mirror was splattered and streaky. Could see a lot of dust and crumbs around edges by closet and furniture.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, pool was great (besides no towels) and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was alright, the room was quite dirty (the shower was not cleaned from the person before us-there was soap from person before, and lots of crumbs on the floor)

First 3 days were good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The last day the toilet clogged up and there was no maintenance staff available to assist. They gave us a sink plunger 🪠 to try and unclog the toilet ourselves. They refunded me and I went to another hotel because no alternative room was available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The TV remote didn't work, but the staff took the time to fix it up. The staff members were very helpful and amazing.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

Friendly front office staff.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a suite with 2 queen beds. We got 1 king and sofa bed. We needed to get sheets and blanket from front desk at 11 PM. When we opened the sofa bed it was so dirty we couldn't use it. So disgusting. Best Western blamed Booking.com for room error and claimed they were sent a request for 1 king bed.
Way over priced for the disappointing room. Claimed to be a suite with mini kitchen. Not a plate, pan, flatware. All cupboards empty.

Great choice of a hotel, clean, comfortable with friendly staff, good value!
Pros:

Everything. Could not have asked for anything more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for us.

Cons:

Weekday breakfast could last until 9:30. It ended at 9 and we are not early risers.

We loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were HUGE! We appreciate all the extra room, as we celebrated my son's 14th birthday and brought his friends.
