The room and breakfast exceeded my expectations but the water left me feeling slimy.
Pros:

The room immediately impressed me upon entry. It seemed like we had an entire suite when I was expecting much less.

Breakfast also exceed my expectations. The facility seemed very clean, there was plenty of choices, and everything tasted good.

Cons:

I don't know if it's specifically this location or more of a problem in the city but I felt like the water (shower, sink, etc) left me feeling soap scummy. I couldn't rinse the substance off as more water made it worse.

I would have preferred two beds in the room as requested but I understand availability limitations. I ended up sharing a bed with my dad, which was a little strange.

Due to the events happening during our stay, the room was probably 2-3x more than it normally would have cost. But again, I understand supply and demand. I was just thankful to find a room with as little notice as we had.

We didn’t have a stay because someone on the hotels end cancelled our room for both nights.
Pros:

Lady at the desk was fairly nice but not able to help.

Cons:

I got all the way down to the hotel later on a Friday night with 2 kids to find out we have no room. The lady said she could book me a room, but at a higher price. I have not received a refund for the 2 nights they cancelled. I was not paying for a third night and would not get the same room. After my husband being on the phone with someone for an hour and got nowhere, I ended up driving back home very late with no refund for someone else’s mistake.

Pros:

We're traveling to Chicago for my son's boot camp graduation. This was the first stop and it was right off the interstate. Location was great, there were plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. Easy to get on and off the interstate. The hotel and room were clean and very fresh. I don't know if I'll ever be back in Indianapolis but if I am this will most likely be where I stay again

Comfortable and able to relax
Pros:

Even with the roads and interstate near by it was quiet, loved the 24 hour coffee bar and the breakfast was great.

Do not recommend
Cons:

It was a highway hotel, a cleaning lady barged into my room without knocking at 4pm and rather than apologizing, she acted like it was on purpose and asked if I needed anything which made me super uncomfortable. Kids were screaming and running down the hallway all night. Then in the morning when I asked for a receipt for the snacks I charged to the room as I was traveling for work and can expense those, I was double charged for them TWICE. I said something to the front desk man and he assured me the charge would go away and it did not. I do not recommend this spot.
