Paid $300.00 for 1 night stay. My son booked an identical room for the same night- paid $250.00 Called the front desk in the morning asking if a complimentary breakfast was included and was told yes. Wife and I went down to the restaurant only to be told we were not entitled to a complimentary breakfast but a breakfast buffet was available for $20.00+
The front desk suggested I call Marriott, I told him I would be leaving a less than stellar review. Left feeling ripped off-eend of story...
Location was perfect for our trip and where we needed to be. We had a great time at the hotel bar with Dawn!

I RARELY ever leave a review for hotels as I know how bad reviews can impact a property BUT I hate when properties misrepresent themselves. I’ve also tried calling to speak with the General Manager multiple times since my stay to avoid leaving a review and he has never returned my calls. So here’s my review:
The location really isn’t that bad and if you get a room facing the city it’s a nice view. The rooms however are DISGUSTING. I slept on top of the duvet, that’s how gross it was. The shower had so much mold in the crevices I was truly surprised they’d sell a room like that. The sheets and towels were dirty and you could tell they didn’t even vacuum because there were crumbs and hair everywhere. The ice from the ice machine also had these black flecks in it.
I tried to change rooms but they told me I couldn’t and that a housekeeper would come up to clean the room. When she came to the door she was smacking on whatever she was eating out of her hand and just stared at me. No cleaning supplies, no new towels, no new sheets with her… just staring and eating. I asked her for new towels and sheets at least and she told me the towels were clean (as I’m showing her black stuff all on the towels and pillowcases). She brought 1 fitted sheet that didn’t even fit the bed. I was so over it I slept on top of the sheets and left early in the morning. The lobby is actually really nice and the front desk staff are great. The rooms and linen are gross. The property really needs a renovation.
I also worked in hospitality for many years and I’m truly surprised the General Manager had no interest in following up with a guest. The hotels I worked for always had GMs that reached out to guests immediately especially those that are higher tiered (which I am a titanium member).
Las instalaciónes y el espacio es excelente lo recomiendo, pero lo mejor fueron las personas de staff, primero nos en o tramos en la recepción con Ivy una Dominicana atenta amable y cordial que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo, y luego en el restaurante nos atendió Zoraya, de una manera fantástica, nos sentimos en un hotel de lujo, por su trato, amabilidad y deseo de atendernos de la mejor manera; estas dos mujeres son el mejor activo de este hotel! Volveré sin lugar a dudas!!!
