Hotel elegante, confortável e muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso às principais atrações de Londres. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e profissional, sempre pronta para ajudar. O quarto era espaçoso, impecavelmente limpo e muito confortável, com cama excelente e enxoval de ótima qualidade. O café da manhã também merece destaque, tanto pela variedade quanto pela qualidade.
As instalações correspondem ao padrão de um hotel cinco estrelas e proporcionam uma estadia muito agradável. A vista do quarto era boa, embora não especialmente marcante, e o custo-benefício poderia ser um pouco melhor, considerando as diárias elevadas de Londres. Ainda assim, foi uma excelente experiência e certamente voltaria a me hospedar.

Cons:

Durante o serviço de arrumação noturno, esqueceram um pano de limpeza na área do banho, um pequeno descuido que não seria esperado em um hotel dessa categoria.

An aging marvel from the good old days with delightful and competent people
Pros:

Every single on-arrival request was completed to perfection. They also, unprompted, upgraded me to a beautiful high end suite. The hotel staff were delightful, and the gym is shockingly good for a central London hotel - designed by someone athletically competent. The room finishes albeit slightly dated, are high quality. Room was dead quiet, okay mattress, wide pillow selection, good linen. Breakfast was high quality

Cons:

Feels slightly dated - finishes have accumulated wear&tear, especially carpets. Air conditioning and ventilation are lacking - despite setting thermostat to 17 c, the room never cooled below 20'ish and also fluctuated randomly. This can adversely impact sleep quality

The hotel itself is stunning—elegant, luxurious, and impeccably maintained, with beautiful interiors that strike the perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort.

Our room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully appointed, making it the perfect place to unwind after long days exploring London. The location was also ideal, allowing us to easily reach many of the city’s major attractions while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.

What stood out most was the attention to detail, especially from the housekeeping team. Every interaction reflected the high standard of hospitality that Rosewood is known for. My favorite space in the hotel was the bar—beautifully designed, sophisticated, and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We travel often and have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Rosewood London absolutely lived up to its reputation. It set the tone for what became an incredible European vacation.
