Racist staff behind front desk
Pros:

Front desk staff was extremely rude upon check-in
Watched a couple in front of us whose room was not ready given options on things to do until the room was ready and they said that they would reach out when it was
Example take advantage of the restaurant
Take advantage of our beautiful Bar
Take advantage of using the workout facilities or the pool
It shouldn’t be long in your room will be ready. Will reach out to you when it is.
Next, I’m up
The staff member barely made eye contact with me and literally just said to me your room is not ready. You might want to check back at 4 o’clock.

We ended up having lunch outside of the hotel
Totally felt like we were on that welcome there
Never mind you we paid a lot of money for this room
And I had reached out to them in advance, explaining that we were going to a concert at the pavilion and that if we could all check in early, that would be fantastic

It was on a higher floor with a Riverview
I would never waste my money going to a place that I was unwanted. I thought they were very racist.

The staff behind the front desk upon arrival check-in was rude, racist, and inconsiderate
Talk about giving someone else a sense of entitlement because they were staying there
We were treated like we weren’t even going to be a guest
I would never stay at this hotel again

We enjoyed our stay, even though room service was not available at the time.
Pros:

Location is great, very similar to in Jersey City across the river from Manhattan NY.

Cons:

Room size is not ideal for my needs but it’s totally fine for an overnight stay.

When I first arrive, it was after 12 AM so I had already missed my first day because of circumstances, but when I got th

The staff during the day were very nice and they had things available to do in the area and inside the resort

Cons:

An employee walked in the room without announcing themselves, and when I asked who was it, they did not answer. I immediately grabbed my things and left because I was so afraid it totally ruined our anniversary trip. We had to check into another hotel. I did I was so nervous that we left going home early the next morning.🥲

The layout; the patio and the bar area was delightful. The shower and water pressure was just right.

Double charged for parking for 1 night, surprise fees not told upfront after calling ahead still had surprise fees.

Cons:

The first room we were in had no interior lights or phone power. Had to move room and we checked in for our wedding night. The food was good at the restaurant but it was freezing and other families were also complaining about it being so cold in the restaurant which made us hurry through our meal to go outside since there was no dining chairs at the small tables outside. I would have preferred to sit outside rather than rush through the meal due to no chairs around the tables outside the restaurant other than where the smoke pits were. It was peaceful and had a beautiful time. We would have stayed longer but the price was excessive. I was charged twice for parking and stayed one night
