Arrived for one night stay after 14 hrs of driving/travelling. Gentleman at front desk very polite and helpful HOWEVER the housekeeping/cleanliness of this hotel was very very disappointing. We have a dog and they charge $25 as a PET FEE to clean the room but the room wasn’t even clean when we entered. Dust on floor. Windows disgusting. One window missing curtain overlay. We did not dare sit on couch. We disinfected all services and hope the bed is bug free.
We have stayed at other La Quinta hotels and have never been so disappointed as we are with this one.
Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
I paid for a king room with a microwave and refrigerator, but instead received a room with two full beds, no microwave, no refrigerator, and a broken TV. Despite the hotel being completely non-smoking, the room reeked of cigarettes. The bedding was stained and torn to the point that I had to buy my own sheets and blanket just to feel comfortable enough to stay. I even bought a candle to try to cover the putrid smell.
The sink enamel was peeling off, the furniture was old and broken, and within an hour of being in the room, I developed sinus issues from what appeared to be an extremely dirty air conditioning unit. To make matters worse, the guests above us repeatedly dropped or slammed something heavy against the floor all night, rattling the walls.
After about seven sleepless hours, we finally packed up and left. We attempted to switch hotels, but because we arrived late, nothing else was available in the area.
The entire experience completely turned us off from ever staying at a La Quinta again.
I’m also genuinely concerned that there may have been human trafficking activity taking place at the hotel. A sleazy-looking man arrived with a van full of very young girls who appeared disoriented, scantily dressed, and possibly under the influence. I reported it to the front desk, though I highly doubt anything was done.
To top it all off, check-in took over 25 minutes despite me being the only person at the counter. I still have no idea why.
Clean and quiet
Cleanliness was not as it should be.
Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
TV was broken, but we told the staff member and he said he would take care of it.
This place is the most disgusting, filthy place I’ve ever stayed, to the point that I wouldn’t allow my socks or feet to touch the floor, didn’t shower and wouldn’t even open my bag. If we weren’t traveling, just drove 12 hours, and arrived at 10:30pm I wouldn’t allow have left. Do NOT GO !! They even reused the paper key card paper!!
Good location and the staff was very nice and understanding.
The room was absolutely nasty there were stains everywhere and hair on the toilet. Male bodily fluids in the room.
Breakfast was great. Some hot and cold options. Rooms were relatively clean and spacious.
Not a very good space to take dogs out to potty. Hardily any grassy parts around this hotel.
It was in a good location.
Pool was ice cold, staff was upset we asked for more towels, room had a lot of crappy half finished drywall repairs
Easy access to highways.
bed was comfy
It just seemed stained and outdated. You get what you pay for.
Very clean
The room was beside the door and coukd hear the door slamming all night
Close off of expressway
Noisy people in hall having a loud conversation after 11 pm complete with slamming doors. Lasted about 10 minutes.
Room was clean, very affordable and very comfortable. Bathroom design worked well for 4 people.
Syrup was very slow pouring at the breakfast, but everything was delicious
Crappy TV channels. Sink always stopped up. $6 to wash your clothes what a rip off. Kept getting kicked off WiFi. Inconsistent room temperature. There is no happy medium either you roasted or froze. Had to buy my own bath plug to take a bath.
Nothing
Everything. It was outdated and cringy. The dead plants by the elevator say it all. The pillows and mattress was very uncomfortable. The tv was not only small but the screen was crooked.
