We would like to inform guests that intermittent jackhammering will take place on our property the renovations won't stop on May 23. It will happen until May 31st. Also, it started on March 13th. This work will occur between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM each day.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a avenida principal de Banff. Tem garagem no subsolo. Atendentes bem prestativos. Possui uma piscina mas nao usamos.
Café da manha bem fraco, utensílios descartáveis, poucas opções (ovos mexidos, salsicha, de fruta maçã, aveia, pães simples).
O quarto é bem espaçoso, mesmo estando no térreo de frente para rua, é bem silencioso. É um hotel mais para dormir e aproveitar a cidade.

a little dated in style
The hotel is situated on Banff Avenue and walking distance to malls, coffee shops, and public transport. It offers a good breakfast. The view from the room was breathtaking. However, I had to pay a premium price for the room, but it was worth it. Coffee and tea are available.24/7. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff.
The breakfast area is a little cramped. The hotel has back space and the opportunity to expand the space. In general, the hotel, including the rooms, needs upgrades. The front reception area is also very cramped. It would have been nice to have the fireplace on as it was cold. The safe deposit box wasn't working and was fixed right away.

Really good free breaky, 24/7 coffee station also available . Room was very clean and comfy beds and heated bathroom mirror. Close enough to walk to town centre.
The room we had was very very dull even with the curtains opened, had poor lighting.
Breakfasts was good value for money and staff were very friendly, the location was fantastic and it was really nice to have the parking available
The cleaning of rooms could have been better, it was clear that sometimes they had just tidied the bed rather than changed sheets etc and hadn’t cleared rubbish or changed glassses

Very nice breakfast. The room was clean and very quiet. Walking distance to the restaurant for our dinner Parking was a little tight for our truck but worked out.
Convenient close to every thing
Very helpful and friendly at arrival with an early check in and access to free underground, secure parking area. Bays were roomy with sufficient headroom for our SUV. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Satisfactory, tasty breakfast with friendly staff
