Prince gave me a room that is quiet upon my request. The room is very clean and has everything I need. Definitely I’ll be back to this place. A plus for vegan and plant based lifestyles is a restaurant called Vegan Cebu. It is just a couple of minutes of walk away! This restaurant serves delicious vegan meals and desserts.

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. Despite having paid for my booking in advance and showing proof of payment upon arrival, the hotel claimed they couldn’t find it and insisted I pay again. I ended up being charged twice for the same stay.
The staff was unhelpful and didn’t take responsibility for resolving the issue. From the moment We arrived, the staff were not accommodating or friendly. There was no greeting at check-in, and overall, the attitude felt cold and indifferent.
Hospitality is a big part of any hotel experience, and this place missed the mark. A simple smile or greeting goes a long way. And everything came with an extra charge — bottled water, one extra pillow, slippers and even basic amenities like that are usually complimentary elsewhere.
The place is very clean and the staff's are very accommodating, we didn't even get to pay for the early check in because their manager is very friendly as we are
