Service
9.4
Owners/staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and attentive (owner took care of charging point, assisted guests) — strong service sentiment.
Location
8.6
Central, convenient location praised for sightseeing and proximity to town centre, but a few mentions of nearby through-traffic causing nighttime noise reduce the score slightly.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable with good balconies — however several guests noted beds were too soft or slightly uncomfortable and street/noise issues affected night comfort.
Amenities
8.8
Positive mentions of working air-conditioning, parking, bike storage, good Wi‑Fi and possibility of EV charging; shared balcony noted but can be noisy at night.

Breakfast repeatedly described as very good, plentiful and varied; consistent positive feedback on breakfast quality.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall very positive experiences and many recommendations; minor negatives (noise, bed comfort) prevent a perfect overall score.
