Déjeuner inclus satisfaisant.

Cons:

Lors de notre passage, au moment de se coucher nous avons remarqué un trace pouvant s'apparenter à des selles sur la couverture d'un des deux lit. En se présentant à la réception elle nous à heureusement transféré de chambre, mais ça demeure moins agréable lorsque tu souhaite te coucher et que ma fille a une compétition tôt le lendemain matin.
Elle avait mentionner faire le message au gérant et que nous aurions des nouvelle, je m'attendais alors à un suivi pour possible remboursement partiel ou offre de point au compte équivalent a une réservation future, du moins un suivi et offre de compensassion
Le lendemain matin personne n'était au courant.
J'ai attendu quelques jours en attente d'un courriel mais rien.
Jai alors écrit moi même un courriel contenant la photo. Jai reçu un message de remerciement du suivi et des excuses seulement.
J'ai donc réécrit à 2 ou 3 reprises pour discuter, mais aucune suite.

Pros:

L’établissement était bien les déjeuner très bon !

Cons:

Le lit était défoncé ont ne nous a pas offert d’autre chambre et dessus 3 semaine j’attends toujours des nouvelle du manager et toujours pas reçu de remboursement du dépôt laisser !

Very good experience and family friendly place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast is standard and healthy, it has options: hot, warm and cold, fruit, tea, coffee, yogurt. Room is clean. I like the locations, very accessible to transit and many restaurants of different options. Gym and swimming pool are catering different tourists

Cons:

If Parking is not charged it will be more ideal.

Pros:

The room was clean & quiet. There was a tournament with a lot of kids around the halls, but I wasn't disturbed by the noise while I was in my room.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle a bit.
There was no microwave & I didn't like the coffee machine.

La amplitud y limpieza de las habs, y la amabilidad del personal de Front Desk y una chica mexicana que estuvo en el desayuno el lunes .

L'emplacement, le rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Le fait de charger 10$ pour le stationnement, aucun lifeguard a la piscine, douche pourrait être plus propre, matelat divan lit= on sent beaucoup les ressorts.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité des services. Personnel accueillant. Chambre de bonne dimension avec frigo. Endroit calme. Bons choix pour le déjeuner et beaucoup de place pour manger.

Cons:

Le confort des lits était correct mais sans plus, tout dépend des goûts.
