Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

Perfect location! On a quiet street just at the edge of all the restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of Edinburgh castle. Quiet, perfect size room, couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Great accommodation in a great location with excellent staff. I would definitely recommend.
Pros:

My mum had a mobility scooter and the apartment offered plenty of room for her to manoeuvre. The staff were beyond helpful at all times.

Fantastic place
Pros:

The staff were amazing so relaxed and friendly the appartments were amazing stayed here twice now and ill be back breakfast was amazing too

Room was nice and kitchen faculties very good, breakfast was good, the view was good if you got close to the window to look up at the castle but they're not really castle view rooms --- more like wall and shrubs view rooms
Like the rest of Edinburgh during the festival it was astonishingly expensive

Cons:

No telephone in room or way to get help if an emergency, fall, etc. Scanning a QR code to message in an emergency is not adequate .

Paid breakfast, but it is good.
you only get housekeeping service if your stay is for at least 7 days. If you are staying for 7 days or more, housekeeping's first visit to clean will be on the fifth day of your stay.
We were able to check in a couple hours prior to the scheduled check in time.
Laundry facilities and gym were clean.
Room was nice, equipped with everything you could possibly need- such as pots, pans, cutlery, etc.

Cons:

It was an expensive stay, but I think thats because we booking during the FRINGE festival so demand was high.

Nickel and dime.

Cons:

Extremely difficult to locate staff for check-in… they don’t appear to have a defined station, so it becomes a hunt. Then, even though the room was ready, they wanted to nickel and dime us with a charge for checking in early - literally the ONLY hotel out of thousands I’ve stayed at that does this. Bed layout is uncomfortable for two people - no light controls or plugs on one side. Bottom line is whether I would stay here again - not a chance
