Please note that linen is not changed daily. For stays over seven days, linen is changed on the fourth day of stay and then weekly after. For stays of less than seven days, there will be no linen changes. However, towels and bedding are available from the reception at no extra cost.

The staff were brilliant. Warm, friendly and cheerful from the moment we arrived to when we said goodbye.
We had a room with a castle view and the location is perfect for Grasmarket and the Fringe or the galleries. But it was quiet at night with lots of mod cons.
The bed being right against the wall and lack of a bedside table for the person on the wall side of the room.
Very clean room, Lovo, attentive staff, comfortable beds.
No manager on site in evening if issues arise. Noisy in building not attached to lobby.
Location was great, right at the foot of Edinburgh Castle, between the Old and New neighborhoods, shopping and dining galore , excellent service by attentive staff

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good as well with a lot of options. Location was great.

My family was hoping for a view of the castle from our room, but our room was blocked by a building, so the experience wasn't great. The staff were very helpful, but we were still disappointed; the photos on the official website had given us too much to look forward to.
The staff explained that our room type was an apartment, which I understand, but perhaps they would have appreciated a more realistic description of the view from the window. The official website only advertised direct views of the castle, which misled us.
Great location and very clean. We stayed in a one bedroom and then a studio. Very comfortable beds.
no black out shades in the one bedroom. Noisy guests directly above us in the one bedroom and could hear walking, voices .
Staff are very nice but have no way to contact management should any issue arise until the next day.
Close to castle and center
Great location, close to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh castle, bars and restaurants.
Room is small so bed is up against wall and hard for person against wall to crawl into if getting up to use bathroom.
