Jeśli ktoś szuka miejsca tylko do spania to będzie zadowolony.
Pros:

Lokalizacja- wszędzie blisko: metro, Gran Via, trójkąt muzeów czy metro, łatwość zameldowania i kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons:

Zapach klimatyzacji ? Meldowaliśmy się późnym wieczorem, po wejściu przez pierwsze drzwi przywital nas bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, sadze ze to klimatyzacja bo po jej wyłączeniu zapach nie był wyczuwalny. brak światła, po zdjęciach można było mieć wrażenie że apartament jest dobrze oświetlony, niestety przez to że jest tylko jedno okno (balkonowe) a apartament jest na parterze i wokół zabudowany jest przez ściany- nie dociera do niego słońce, szkoda bo zależało nam na świetle dziennym i zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd. brak kosmetyków do mycia(pojemniki puste) mimo załączenia informacji że są.

Never offered an apology or compensation. This unfortunately reflects on Booking.com. also.
Pros:

The room was cool as it was away from sunlight. The shower was excellent. They allowed us to place our luggage in our room prior to 3:00 pm

Cons:

The room had an odour, the couches were disgusting, there was snot on the wall. The court yard was a joke. There was no body wash in the dispenser. It was dark and dingy. The room was not cleaned. When i rang they made the excuse that it was it was because we stayed in the room when dropping luggage, this was a lie and i produced the evidence as i had a timeline of events on my phone. I couldn't be in 2 places at the same time. They offered to clean the room when we were out and i agreed, however the damage was done and the fact they tried to deflect the blame onto me, irritated me more so.

Perfect location, and nice place, if a bit small.
Pros:

The place is designed to make the most of its space, and it was quite clean with good amenities for our purposes. The location is ideal, better than other more obviously popular spots. Next to the park and the Museum, but also very near the city.

Cons:

It is a very small place, so everything feels a bit cramped, but fine for a short holiday.

Memorable stay in Madrid
Pros:

Couldn't ask for a better location, central and walkable and there were so many amazing restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. It was easy to locate and get into the apartment. Beautifully decorated and with 2 balconies for fresh air. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've experienced as well. Very clean and useful having fridge/freezer, iron and air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

It can get a little noisy at night with the busy area nearby. There was also no shower gel left and only a little shampoo. When we asked if we could be provided with more given we were staying 4 days, the response was that they had trouble with the supplier. We ended up having to buy our own.

Proper, eigentijds, stijlvol appartement in rustige buurt in het hart van Madrid
Pros:

de ligging is rustig maar toch vlakbij de hilites en op 20 m van een metrohalte

Cons:

het enige wat tegenviel: er zijn gsm-laadcontacten voorzien maar die werken niet. Best dus je eigen laders meenmeen.

Great apartment, amazing location
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights in February, family of four. We got the apartment with one main bedroom and a separate twin room, each with its own bathroom and shower which already puts it ahead of most places.

The apartment is in a well-renovated old building with character. Good heating control. Kitchen is functional and properly stocked, though we used only for coffe and hot drinks.

The location is the real selling point: the metro is literally 20 meters from the building door. Mercado Antón Martín is right across the street. Sol, Barrio de las Letras, Atocha, Reina Sofía and Retiro are all a short walk away.

Would stay again

Cons:

The sofa in the living room was comfortable but visibly worn. Not a dealbreaker, just noticeable

Cons:

Room on ground floor with barely any daylight and very noisy at night. No reception staff. Didn’t encounter any staff member during my entire stay.
Towels and bed linen of poor quality.
