Hotel super familiar
Pros:

Todo, la amabilidad de María, el chico que sirve los desayunos siempre sonriente, Julio super amable, el desayuno es espectacular, mucho mejor que el de hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas.
Volveremos sin dudarlo, te hacen sentir como en casa al ser un trato tan cercano..
Cerca tanto del centro y a 1 minuto de la playa.

Gewoon boeken,super goed hotel met lekker ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Goede ligging,heel blij met de parking ,lekker ontbijt, maar wat dit verblijf zo super maakt is Maria, wat een lieve leuke grappige vrouw,ze loopt der benen uit de kont om het iedereen naar hun zin te maken.
Super Gastvrouw!!! Die 1 ster die ze hebben,is 4 sterren te weinig

Location is really good, free coffee and Water. Good breakfast with fresh incredients. Clean rooms and good beds. I really would recommend this.

Amazing experience, would absolutely return

We booked a night here through Booking.com after a horrific AirBNB experience at a different place, and are we ever glad we did! From the moment we arrived, Maria at the front desk worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was incredible. She has limitless energy and such a passion for customer service. She is a true gem! She happily gave us towels for the beach and advised us of the free breakfast. She even served food at the breakfast the following morning! Maria was so fantastic that we would absolutley return to Benidorm again, just to stay at this hotel. 10/10 on service and comfort.
