良かった。
Pros:

スタッフ対応。お風呂に忘れ物をしたが、翌朝確認してもらったとこら、フロントに預けてあり、助かった。

Cons:

・土足の入り口スペースが狭い。
・バスタオルを干せるだけの幅がない、タオルかけだった。
・熱海の観光案内パンフがなかった。(駅の観光案内所が休みだったので、余計に欲しかった)

Huone ja kylpylä olivat hyviä. Henkilökunta avuliasta ha kohteliasta.

Cons:

Ruoka oli aivan erilaista kuin kuvien perusteella olisi voinut arvioida. Olin todella pettynyt sekä illallis-, että aamiaistarjontaan. Myös uima-allas oli täysin väärän kokoinen kuvissa.

Nice room, good onsen, nice and friendly staff, very good dinner and breakfast

Sea view was a little disappointed as you had to go out to balcony to have a look. Only one elevator and take time when busy

静かに過ごせました

Cons:

客室からは海が見えず、折角露天風呂付きの部屋にしたのに、部屋の露天風呂からも海は見えずに、近くの廃墟のような元ホテルらしき建物が見えました。コンパクトなテラスにテーブルと椅子がありましたが景色を楽しめずにがっかりしました。

朝の食事は種類も沢山あった

車の長さが長くパーキングに停められず近くのコインパーキングに止めてください。2000円かかります。と言われ、ホテル持ちですよねと聞いたらご自身でお支払くださいといわれた。HPに長さについて書いてあると言われたがどこに書いてあるのか分かりません。案内された部屋は海に面してると思って予約しましたが建物の側面が窓の部屋、ベランダに出れば少し海は見えましたが、部屋の中からは隣の使われていないビルの壁。枯れたツタの張った汚い壁しか見えませんでした。確かにオーシャンビュー露天風呂付きでしたがもう泊まることはないでしょう。タオルも部屋のタオルを持って大浴場に行ってくださいと言われた。エコなのか判りませんが何度もお湯に浸かりたおひとはぬれたタオルを何度も使うことになります。お気をつけ下さい

Staff cannot communicate by english, they provided the bedroom not same as my booking in which could not see the firework in the bedroom. I need to provide my previous booking information for clarification. The dinner was poor.

最高！
Pros:

夕食、朝食が充実していました。
刺身に金目鯛もあったし海鮮丼にして食べたら最高！朝も刺身があったしご飯は何処にも引けは取ってないと思う。また宿泊したいと思いました。
