最悪でした。お祭りは良かった。
Pros:

アメニティは選択し多いので、良かった。
フロンとは外国人対応だったが、愛想は良かった。説明も一所懸命日本語を使って分かりやすかった。

Cons:

料理が不味い。夜の料理担当に伝えて欲しい。もう少し研究しないと費用対効果感じられず。インバウンドの人達に日本人は、こんな不味い和食を食べてるかと思われて恥ずかしい。人件費削減で、悪くなったと思われる。施設にかけても掃除が、行き届いて無いのでお風呂もぬるぬるしていたし、カビ臭い。がっかりしましたよ。部屋のお風呂に鳩ヶ巣を作っていた。

Pros:

スタッフ対応。お風呂に忘れ物をしたが、翌朝確認してもらったとこら、フロントに預けてあり、助かった。

Cons:

・土足の入り口スペースが狭い。
・バスタオルを干せるだけの幅がない、タオルかけだった。
・熱海の観光案内パンフがなかった。(駅の観光案内所が休みだったので、余計に欲しかった)

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Nice room, good onsen, nice and friendly staff, very good dinner and breakfast

Cons:

Sea view was a little disappointed as you had to go out to balcony to have a look. Only one elevator and take time when busy

Cons:

Ruoka oli aivan erilaista kuin kuvien perusteella olisi voinut arvioida. Olin todella pettynyt sekä illallis-, että aamiaistarjontaan. Myös uima-allas oli täysin väärän kokoinen kuvissa.

Pros:

静かに過ごせました

Cons:

客室からは海が見えず、折角露天風呂付きの部屋にしたのに、部屋の露天風呂からも海は見えずに、近くの廃墟のような元ホテルらしき建物が見えました。コンパクトなテラスにテーブルと椅子がありましたが景色を楽しめずにがっかりしました。
