最高！
Pros:

夕食、朝食が充実していました。
刺身に金目鯛もあったし海鮮丼にして食べたら最高！朝も刺身があったしご飯は何処にも引けは取ってないと思う。また宿泊したいと思いました。

Cons:

海側の部屋ではなかったから少し残念だったかな。

Wir hatten einen schönen Zwischenstopp in Atami
Pros:

Schöne Lage direkt an der Küste.sehr große Zimmer mit eigener Outdoor-Wanne auf dem Balkon. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach und toller Onsen.

天候に恵まれなかったのは残念でしたが、ゆっくりできてよかったです。
Pros:

スタッフの方が外国の方が多かったのにもかかわらず、とても丁寧に仕事をしていました。

Obiekt maksymalnie trzygwiazdkowy
Pros:

Możliwość kąpieli na balkonie we własnym pokoju jest tym, co dodaje plusów w ocenie. Śniadania bardzo dobre, jakość obslugi także. Basen na dachu to także dobra zapowiedź, choć nie mieliśmy możliwości sprawdzić z uwagi na pogodę.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia. Konieczność zdecydowana się co do godzin śniadania. 9000 jenów za zgubienie karty do pokoju - wypadałoby podać taka informację wcześniej, już na etapie rezerwacji.

なんと言っても、花火が屋上で見れた事が、嬉しかったです。スタッフの皆様のきめ細かな声掛け、笑顔に優しさを感じました。ありがとう、ございました。
また、利用させていただきたいと、思っております。

Average customer service and horrible food. Location was the only real positive.
Pros:

Location was great and the room was a decent size. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

I did not get what I paid for. I booked supposedly a suite with 2 bedrooms and when we turned up it was a twin room. No apologies and no compensation offered. Refused to discuss further
Do not have the dinner - it was extraordinarily expensive and was a very average buffet,.

説明書きがあればもっとわかりやすいね
Pros:

スタッフの方々の感じが良かった。朝食（ブッフェ）のみのプランだったが、品数が多かった。外出が24時間OKだったので、安心して呑みに出られた。

Cons:

ベランダに鳩が来ていて糞と羽が落ちていたので、しょうがないとは思うが不衛生な感じがした。駐車場の誘導、ロビーのコーヒーマシン、ブッフェのアルコール飲料に関して、が説明書きがなかったので、入れにくい、飲めると思ったのに飲めなかった、などの不愉快さを感じた。一言表示してあれば使用しやすさが増えると思う。
