This was a serious letdown for a hotel carrying the Dusit name.
Pros:

The room is beautiful. Big, clean, well finished. That is the only good thing I can say.

Then you look out the window. Lying right there, in plain view, are two lifeless pigeons. Good thing the windows do not open or the smell would have made the room unbearable. And the actual view behind it is a gas station with massive fuel tanks and tanker trucks. That is what we paid for.

There was no face towel and no hand towel. Only a single regular towel. This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Even smaller, far cheaper hotels provide a complete towel set as standard. There is no excuse for this at Dusit.

Check-in took almost 30 minutes. Only two people were working the front desk for a line of more than ten guests, about five minutes each. At the same time there were many bellboys and greeters standing around with nothing to do. The two receptionists looked exhausted and clearly unhappy. They are carrying the entire front of house alone, and it shows.

For a property at this price, under this brand, none of this is acceptable. Dusit management needs to see this, take it seriously and not just a PR reply.

Zero luxury, terrible service, and unresolved deposit issues. Avoid the suites.

Cons:

Do not waste your money on a suite at this property. The "premium" experience was non-existent from start to finish.
My arrival set the tone: no one opened our car doors or helped unload my heavy luggage. When I walked toward the entrance, the security guard publicly called me out for not using the luggage scanner—an honest mistake caused by the complete absence of staff guidance at the door.
Check-in was equally frustrating, featuring a very poor explanation of their security deposit policy. Inside the suite, things only got worse. The coffee maker was completely busted, housekeeping ignored my request for an extra pair of slippers, and the bathroom ran out of shower gel on our final night.
To top it all off, the front desk was unable to process my security deposit refund during check-out. Paying for a suite should guarantee top-tier service, but this hotel failed on every basic level of hospitality. Avoid this place.

Room is good bed is comfy, though sa room 206 prang luma na. But we enjoyed our stay

Room is spacious with a mini kitchenette and fridge is +++ bonus.

Unlike sa Ibang mga hotel breakfast, the bacon is in the cloche na at Dusit you have to wait for more than 30 minutes and for 8 pax hati hati lang kami. Though the price we paid including our rooms is a bit pricy kesa ibang hotels.

Ang laki nang rooms Nila and they really catered well sa mga requests namin +++ sa nurse at lifeguard na nag assist sa mga minor cuts nang mga pamangkin ko.

Daming pigeons Kaya medyo minsan may mga small poo galing sa pigeons.

We asked extra robe salamat talaga sa prompt na pag bigay.

Mga staff(s) naka smile at laging nakaantabay to help.

Yong lady na nag assist sa amin the first day nang breakfast ang kind and warmth din.

Cons:

The bacon thing we have to wait 30 plus minutes to a tiny plate na good for 8 pax Pa😉

Nice hotel
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the luxurious atmosphere to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always accommodating, making our stay feel truly special and memorable.
A special mention to the breakfast experience, which was simply sublime — high-quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every detail was taken care of with care and attention.

Excellent service
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Residence. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help.
