Basic but overpriced
Pros:

It was on par with most small Tokyo hotels that are not linked to one of the major hotel chains and it was one block away from the ueno train station

Cons:

I had just come from the Hilton Hiroshima so unfortunately my expectations were probably off. This is a very basic Hotel but overpriced for that basicness.

Prima kamer met een schitterend uitzicht op een geweldige locatie vlak bij Ueno station en park.

Cons:

In de avond veel drukte in het restaurant met jongeren, gelukkig heb je hier geen last van bij de kamers. De wasmachines zijn vaak bezet en omdat een combo is drogen ze slecht.

Great location, room had enough space to open two large suitcases. Had a view of Mount Fuji when the weather was clear.

Cons:

Eco cleaning was not consistent. Room was cleaned 3 times during a 12 night stay, one round was piss poor effort. Elevators take a long time, especially when they stop on lobby level every time.
