Cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

It is close to everything we do when we come to town. It’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in my entire life.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Jinny went above and beyond to provide AMAZING service!
Pros:

While our son is performing in Unto These Hills, the outdoor drama in Cherokee, we have stayed at a couple different places and Great Smokies Inn was a great place to stay. It was convenient to places we wanted to go and had great views. We just came in for one night and did not get to take advantage of all of their amenities, like the pool or the BEAUTIFUL lobby. But the reason I'm writing this is the incredible STAFF! I only caught one name, Jinny. She and all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I was blown away because I was contacted after our visit to see if I had left a shirt in our room. I had not, but as someone who has left items before, I was so appreciative of Jinny's call and her desire to see property returned to its rightful owner! Keep up the GREAT work Jinny and Great Smokies Inn. We'll see you again SOON!

We really had a great time and hope to go back again
Pros:

Very friendly staff had some great recommendations for nearby restaurants which was a plus! The place is older but very clean!! Staff does a good job of upkeep

Cons:

The beds could have been a little more comfortable but was okay!
