Pros:

Decent but could use some updating. Night shift clerk was super sweet and helpful.

Cons:

Room with connecting door was very easy to hear through. Only has 1 paper thin blanket on bed. First contact was with a young lady who not so kindly refused to check us in 50 minutes early. Not one hotel I’ve ever stayed at has done that.

Staff was great.
Checked in, spoke with the young lady at the front, got everything taken care of.

The morning staff was great also, the lady at the front informed us of several nice restaurants in the area.

A perfect getaway place in a perfect place.
Pros:

The room and everything was clean and well done. The staff was great and the location was perfect. The pool was pristine and perfect.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was that our stay was way too short! For the first time in forever I have ZERO complaints about this property!

Een authentiek Amerikaans motel!
Pros:

Mooie ligging aan het begin van de Smokey Mountains, vlakbij het centrum van Cherokee. De kamers zijn basic maar comfortabel. Het zwembad is een pluspunt. Vlotte en vriendelijke check-in.

Cons:

Een terrasje, enkele stoeltjes voor de deur zou aangenaam zijn.

Pros:

I love the location of this facility. It is always clean and quiet. I like the location in a clean and safe area of Cherokee.

Cons:

Th office states that someone is on duty 24 hours. However, during our last 2 visits that has proven to be inaccurate. A sign will be on the door stating someone will be back in 5 minutes and that turns into 30 minutes or hours. If they hire persons to work that shift then fulfill that statement. I find this is quite inaccurate. If you need a receipt you are totally out of luck in early morning hours.
