Wirklich sehr schönes Zimmer, aussergewöhnlich leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zugang zur Therme ist mega!

Veel te duur verblijf voor wat geboden wordt ondanks nabijheid wellnesscentrum
Pros:

Ontbijt en vriendelijkheid eigenaars zijn oké maar dit maakt de hoge prijs niet goed: aanbod en comfort is niet speciaal en bovendien verouderd. Nabijheid van het wellness centrum is goed maar je moet wel 200 meter langs de straat in badkledij om het wellnesscentrum te bereiken (behoort dus niet tot het hotel). Niets legitimeert de hoge prijs.

Cons:

Absoluut te duur. Je boekt beter een goedkoop verblijf in de buurt met aparte tickets voor het wellnesscentrum dan combi overnachting hier plus ingang wellness. Hotel is helemaal de prijs niet waard. Avondrestaurant: menu en "maitre d'hotel" doen alsof maar geen klasse. Afschuwelijke vent de uitbater van het restaurant. Hotel lijkt eerder op home voor ouderen. Klanten worden ook op betuttelende manier behandeld door restaurantuitbater.

Schönes Hotel mit Thermenzutritt.
Pros:

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in diesem schönen Hotel. Wir nutzen das Hotel gerne für einen Kurztrip mit Thermenbesuch. Das Hotel hat renoviert und der neuer Frühstückssaal ist sehr schön und das Frühstück lecker.

Cons:

Beim schlechtem Wetter ist die Therme sehr voll.
Die Matratze vom Bett ist viel zu hart für unseren Geschmack, aber das Hotel bietet Topper an.

Das Personal war überwiegend sehr nett

Für uns ist dieses Hotel eine Mogelpackung.
Laut Unterkunft ist das ein Wellnesshotel mit Pools etc.
Was dabei aber nur verschleiert rauskommt, ist, dass dieses Hotel nur einen Zugang zur öffentlichen Therme ermöglicht. Zum Glück war es dort nicht so voll, sonst wäre es für uns ein Albtraum gewesen.
Das entdeckt man dann schon, wenn man ganz genau die Beschreibung des Hotels liest. Unser Fehler.
Des Weiteren habe ich im Vorfeld extra gefragt, ob es vegane Speisen gibt. Daraufhin kam die Antwort, dass das überhaupt kein Problem sei und die Küche sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend sei.
Im Endeeffekt gab es überhaupt keine vegane Speise zum Abendessen und wir hätten nur eine Kartoffel mit Salat bekommen können. Sehr enttäuschend.
Dasselbe beim Frühstück, Eier waren kalt, der Kakao wässrig, keinerlei vegane Optionen. Nicht mal irgendwelche Aufstriche, die es wirklich inzwischen in jedem Hotel gibt. Für ein Viersternehotel alles ziemlich mager.
Die Dusche im Zimmer war so klein und eng in der Badewanne, dass man darin kaum Platz fand.
In den Gängen bei den Zimmern im Altbau riecht es nach Altersheim.
Wir haben dann unsere Feedback natürlich auch an der Rezeption beim Auschecken gegeben. Es wurde recht nüchtern und sachlich damit umgegangen. Das geht besser!

Der Aufenthalt entsprach bei dem Preis nicht meinen Erwartungen.
Pros:

Schönes Ambiente bei Ankunft, Rezeption und Restaurant sehr schön renoviert, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

320 Euro pro Nacht für eine Person in einem nicht renovierten Zimmer, Badezimmer hatte Krankenhausambiente, Balkon uralt, Dusche die nicht abfloss. Für jeden Aufenthalt im Hotel, auch wenn man nur die Schuhe wechseln wollte, musste man ins öffentliche Parkhaus.
