Amazing service yet small things made it 5 stars to 3.5.
Pros:

I liked the staff everyone was happy and attentive and actually served purpose which was refreshing. Lovely people

Cons:

The tv didn’t work and I made sure I booked one with a smart tv. Didn’t go past a blank screen no matter how much I tried. The balcony also happened to have somebodies cigarettes which I disposed of in case they tried to pin the blame on me. I don’t even smoke. Also, only one bathrobe was present in the bedroom. We needed for two people which Crowne plaza were aware of. There was no microwave either.

Great if you need to stay central to Burwood. Westfield’s and the train station are a few 100 metres away!
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness is great. Staff are accommodating.

Cons:

We had two single beds pushed together and it was very uncomfortable.

Location is good, next to the park, restaurants and shopping mall. The room has the city view from different perspective which is quite interesting. We liked our stay! Thank you!
