Blisko do centrum, , oistep do kuchni.

Cons:

W kuchni brudno, kleily sie szafki, w srodku szafek brudno. Nie mozna bylo korzystac ze wszystkich naczyn, nie wiadomo dlaczego. Pani niemalze stala nad głową i pilnowala pidczas spozywania posilków, nie wiemy dlaczego.. Kuchnia na noc zamykana. Najdrozsze pranie w całej Gruzji 20 Gel+ opłata bankowa 5 gel...Jeden z pokoi bez okna i smród jakby z kanalizacji.Łóżka bardzo miekkie.

Purtroppo la mia stanza non corrispondeva a quelle mostrate sul sito.
Pros:

La posizione della struttura.
Presumo che ci siano stanze confortevoli nella struttura, ma non era il caso della mia.
La possibilità di annullare gratuitamente la mia prenotazione per le notti successive alla prima, dal momento che è stata un disastro.

Cons:

La mia camera, oltre a essere piccola, aveva solo un lucernario abbastanza alto, apribile parzialmente.
Il bagno puzzava ed era impossibile respirare aria pulita nell'intera stanza.
La foto online del bagno in questione, mostrava una parete vetrata che separava il WC dallo spazio "doccia-lavandino" che in realtà non c'era.

A cozy, welcoming hotel in the perfect Old Tbilisi location. Excellent service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and beautiful streets. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We truly felt at home.

Cons:

There was honestly very little to complain about. Since it’s located in the historic center, it can be a bit lively at times, but that’s part of the charm of Old Tbilisi. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение. от дома юстиции 5-7 минут пешком (если идти по переходам без светофоров). Находится не вдалеке от главной дороги, однако место тихое, очень хорошее для того чтобы выспаться, отдохнуть от дороги или от дня гуляния по городу. Есть балкончик где можно посидеть посмотреть на красивые виды, попить чай, покурить. Комната просторная, кровать удобная, телевизор работает показывает много каналов. Душ (просто лейка без шторки без кабинки) и туалет совмещены поэтому после душа возможно придётся немножко столкнуть воду к сливу. Есть холодильник маленький, есть шкаф для одежды. Тепло. Хозяйка ОЧЕНЬ душевная, приятная и гостеприимная женщина, во всех просьбах шла на встречу и помогала. Из-за непредвиденных обстоятельств согласилась продлить выезд на пару часов.
Учитывайте! Мы люди неприхотливые, нам для счастья не нужны хоромы с золотыми унитазами. Но это действительно очень удобный уютный и гостеприимный отельчик. Даже при самом первом посещении такое ощущение что приехал в гости к бабушке, всё по-домашнему.
Рекомендую однозначно! Цена очень хорошая, и условия очень хорошие

Herzlicher Aufenthalt in bester Lage - Wunderschöner Urlaub!
Pros:

Mir hat vor allem die zentrale Lage des Hotels gefallen. Man ist schnell am Kura-Fluss und in einer sehr schönen Gegend von Tiflis. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, und die Gastgeberin hat mit ihrer herzlichen Art den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Ich habe mich dort sehr gern aufgehalten und würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Es gab für mich keine negativen Punkte.
