Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel abgebrochen !
Pros:

Schön gelegen,direkt am See

Cons:

Der öffentliche Parkplatz eine Katastrophe,sehr viele Besucher von außerhalb,somit keinen Parkplatz für die Hotelgäste ,direkt nebenan eine Eventlocation ,Lärm und keine Parkmöglichkeiten mehr für Gäste!

Hotelpersonal: wäre einen Austausch wert !

Zimmer: sehr klein, Sauberkeit wird nicht allzu groß geschrieben !
Unsere Terrasse wurde schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt.
Tote Insekten an der Wand

Die "öffentliche " Toilette im Hotel war sehr schmutzig ,schon wiederlich

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich, auch zu unserem Kind. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See war sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt war es wunderbar ruhig und erholsam.

Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat uns das große und saubere Zimmer, das viel Platz geboten hat und sehr komfortabel war. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wirklich schön und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen.
Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Das Spielezimmer war eine tolle Möglichkeit für die Kinder, sich zu beschäftigen und Spaß zu haben.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, was die Anreise deutlich unkomplizierter gemacht hat.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, was man an vielen Stellen merkt. Die Einrichtung wirkt sehr spartanisch und wenig gemütlich, wodurch das Zimmer keinen besonders einladenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat.
Das Frühstück war qualitativ zwar gut und lecker, allerdings aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu teuer für das, was angeboten wurde
