It was a bed to sleep in!
Pros:

Friendly Staff, Convenient Location, Good Parking

Cons:

Lobby was Dirty, Breakfast was understaffed and unclean. Very few options all morning. Elevator was very slow and needed maintenance

We had a nice king size bed and the room was nice and cool with all the amenities needed.

Pros:

The location was great. The employees were so helpful.

Cons:

I couldn’t open the curtains because the curtain rod wasn’t bolted on the wall right. The floor in the room was so dirty that my little one’s feet fit so dirty.

Disappointed with the sudden non refundable pet fee. Staff friendly, room small but clean.
Cons:

I made my reservations in April. Tru by Hilton was the halfway point to my destination. Arrived June 11th, myself, my husband and our pup, no problem. On the way back we arrived at Tru by Hilton on June 17th and were informed that they now charged a $75.00 non refundable pet fee, which almost doubled our rate. I found this to be totally unacceptable. I can understand charging this for people just showing up but I made reservations two months prior to my stay and there was nothing mentioned about a pet fee and I was not charged a pet fee when I stayed the previous week. Staff was friendly and just said management decided to "enforce" pet fee. Stayed at other Hilton locations and have never been charged a pet fee. Needless to say we won't be returning to Tru by Hilton in Lehi, UT.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, it met our needs.

Cons:

The hotel is nice, I'm not a big fan of the hardwood floors in the hotel rooms, I would prefer carpet, but its not a huge deal. The pancake machine wasn't working well at breakfast, the staff had to keep coming to work on it, so the long got long and we ended up just leaving without any.
