Pros:

The property is located well at Perth CBD. All shopping centers are at walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and they're the real asset of this hotel. We experienced minor glitch as our room door got locked but the attentive staff immediately responded and fixed the issue. The hot shower to cozy bed , everything worked well for us. We stayed here before and will continue to stay whenever we'll visit Perth; as long as they're providing excellent hospitality.

Cons:

There is no dedicated car parking at this hotel but public parking is right behind the property so that sorted as well.

We won't come back..
Pros:

Breakfast cost me $40 per person plus there was Sunday surcharge, my whole family we paid a lot for breakfast and most of the item on the buffet at 9am was over cooked. Bacon was hard to bite or chew. Sausage overcooked. The next morning we had breakfast around the corner at a café, it was much cheaper and better, more fresh.

Cons:

The room was very dusty. My wife and two daughter was sneezing from the linen dust. I looked at the Aircon in the ceiling, I could see that the filter was very dirty, but I didn't want to open it and make all the dust end up in the room.

Enjoyable stay, ideally sited for what I needed and would stay here again.
Pros:

Was given a complimentary room upgrade and there were two bottles of water and a complimentary small cake awaiting me in the room upon my arrival.
Served a variety of breakfasts to suit everyone and the room service was prompt.
Ideally placed to roam the city or to catch a train.

Cons:

Room snacks are very expensive - A$8 for a quarter-sized tube of Pringles, but as there is a 7/11 and numerous food outlets just around the corner it isn't an issue.

Another great stay at the Adnate
Pros:

The pool was great the bar is very chilled. The food was lovely and the Breakfast was super tastey. The staff were helpful and our room was very comfortable.

Best hotel in Perth
Pros:

Loved the free room upgrade at check. Amazing view of city from 24th floor. Pool area is amazing but guests have to walk through bar and restaurant area to access it so a bit of putting.

Will definitely book this hotel again. Loved my overall short stay. Very much enjoyed the fee water.
Pros:

Excellent hotel considering how cheap it was. Perfect walking distance from food, shops and transportation. Will definitely stay here again. Loved the flavoured water in the lobby and the free filter water that had 24 hour access.

Cons:

Was a little bit confused about parking situation. Thought the hotel had parking which was why I booked it but ended up having to leaving my car in a parking building which was dodgy, but only had to pay $10 for the overnight sat which was okay.
