Good location and nice, comfortable room

Cons:

Breakfast items were cold and tables not cleaned between guests. Lack of tables available in the dining area, so we had to sit in the bar area.
Had to wait for more cutlery to be washed, which added to the delay in being able to eat the already cold eggs, sausage and potatoes.
Milk in coffee machine had run out and staff appeared reluctant to assist with replacing when asked.

Cons:

Dining room service was very poor. We waited 45 minutes to get a second drink and to get the table cleared and the was only TWO tables. We had too go to the bar to order desert

Loved our stay at the Adnate! Perfect distance to RAC and the City shops. The room was really spacious and the bed was super comfy! The gentleman who checked us in was one of the most personable, welcoming lovely gentleman! I didn’t catch his name, but he genuinely seemed to care about us and what our plans were.

Cons:

Wasn’t a fan of the pillows, but the bed itself was comfy.

Clean, close-by and great value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast had a great selection, however small it covered all of our needs. Staff were great, room was perfect and the location was excellent for visting the CBD.
