櫃檯一位男性人員，因房卡電梯無法感應，去櫃檯詢問，因本人英文不好，只直接表示這張卡片沒有功能（用英文說，沒功能），但櫃檯人員不明白，還一直說英文，且露出不耐煩的表情，讓人很不舒服

第一次不錯、第二次大失所望，不會再來了。
Pros:

位置方便、樓下就是唐吉訶德、櫃台服務不錯，但僅此而已了

Cons:

這次是第二次回來住，跟第一次相比大失所望。
也許是因為住宿方便，所以遊客變多了，幾乎都是台灣人。
但是也許是這樣住宿環境變得更差，房間濕氣非常的重，
而且在沒有外部雜音的情況下可以聽到廁所有漏水的聲音，
在整潔上也不如先前，灰塵隨處可以見....浴室也是....
最搞笑的是，現在應該是為了環保所以沒有打掃房間的項目，
只會換毛巾跟垃圾桶，但是連兩天看到他們換垃圾桶時，
不捕或者不套垃圾袋就算了，垃圾桶還是拆開直接擺著，
請問是忙甚麼?要住客自己組回垃圾桶?那垃圾袋呢?

Pros:

距離單軌電車壺川站.唐吉軻德跟7-11都很近很方便，步行可達，國際通走路20分鐘左右，或是單軌電車2站就到了

很棒的住宿體驗，會再回來住！
Pros:

房間很大還有景觀！雙人房兩單床都很大，睡得很好。
房間就有小流理臺可以用食物，冰箱還有大冷凍庫，居然還有微波爐、洗脫烘，住宿品質真的很棒～
地點很方便旁邊就是車站，樓下就是DONKI，周邊也好攔計程車。

住宿地點非常好，樓下堂吉訶德，旁邊三分鐘內有711跟全家，五分鐘內也有超市，房間寬敞舒適一切都非常好，美中不足就真的是台灣人太吵雜了，半夜聚集於大廳吵鬧且喝酒感覺很差

大廳隨時充滿吵鬧的台灣人，尤其半夜還會聚集且喝酒，放任小孩跑來跑去，有礙觀瞻也有損渡假氣氛
