The room was nice but felt outdated. The mattress in my opinion was okay. What I didn’t like was that I could hear every noise from the hallway and outside it was very disruptive. I brought that up to staff and they did not offer any solutions and just apologized. While my stay wasn't terrible, it was entirely mediocre. You can easily find better accommodations in this area for a better value.
Sehr geschmackvolles Hotel in günstiger Lage. Mit eigener Tiefgarage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zum Personal gehören auch zwei schwarze Kätzchen.
Alles Bestens
We just spent three nights in Porto, and our hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was ideal—everything we wanted to see was just a 5–10 minute walk away.
We were traveling with a five- and seven-year-old, and the room setup worked wonderfully for our family. The connecting rooms gave us plenty of space and made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights for our kids was the indoor pool, which was a great bonus.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and feels newly renovated. The bathrooms are beautiful, and the spa, lobby, and rooms are all thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail.
What really stood out was the staff—they were extremely friendly, helpful, and especially kind and welcoming to our kids, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto, especially families.

The property was fantastic. The food was exceptionally good. The staff went way beyond what they could have to help me out in a very bad situation and they stepped up to the plate and made it so much easier for me and my wife.
Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la estancia en general. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y estaban muy bien cuidadas, y las instalaciones del hotel me parecieron excelentes. La piscina, la sauna y el gimnasio son un gran añadido y estaban muy bien. En general, todo estuvo estupendo y disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia.

Notre seconde nuit le téléphone de l établissement a sonné plusieurs fois ..impossible de se rendormir chaque fois..nous avions beaucoup de route à faire.. donc nous n étions pas du tout dans les meilleures conditions

Nothing to mention
The staff were exceptional. No question was too much trouble, they were incredibly polite and respectful and grateful for our custom. Every member of staff we encountered couldn’t do enough for us. And they all had a personality too which is so refreshing.
If anything, the location was a bit grotty but within 5 minutes, you were in a smarter part of town.
