Stationnement à l’arrière de l’hôtel et pas évident à trouver. J’aurais aimé recevoir des indications précises avant mon arrivée.
On doit tourner avant l’hôtel pour le trouver. Le stationnement intérieur donne accès à l’hôtel et est payant.

Great stay in Voss
Pros:

The beds are comfortable and we loved the sauna. It was nice to have access to a gym as well, although it's quite cozy if more than one or two people are using it. Breakfast was good and location was excellent.

Cons:

The electric blinds seemed to have a mind of their own and would go up and down at odd times, including while we were trying to sleep. The vent in the bathroom was full of dust and could use a clean.

The refrigerator in our room was not cold at all and there wasn't a clear way to adjust it.

Too expensive for all of the downsides.
Pros:

conveniently located right at the train and bus station in this small town. A big plus are that the windows are very sound proofed - we had a room facing the tracks and you could barely hear the trains passing through.

Cons:

This is an expensive hotel with many issues. Check in was chaotic but that could be the nature of being at this location so you have big groups all arriving at once. Also for a big hotel it is woefully short on elevators. Big lines were not uncommon. We were on the fifth floor and for what appears to be a newer hotel the hallways were beat up. Carpets stained and dirty.

The room itself was nice with a small seating area but no coffee pot or kettle. The bathroom was a joke! Who designed that shower? Good luck not getting everything wet especially on the counter. Also the sink faucet would automatically lower the water volume. Finally the sink drain was such a poor deign that it backed up easily.

A new and confusing feature that we first encountered here was the door to the room doesn't automatically lock when you leave unless you swipe your room key. It will lock after two minutes??? We saw this later on this trip but at least that hotel had clear instructions on the door warning you of this "helpful" feature.

The breakfast buffet was large and with a good selection but the cleanup staff could not keep up with the peak tourist crowd

Great Location
Pros:

Location was ideal, bus and train station are in the same complex. We booked a room with a view of the lake. There is a sauna with a view of the lake and has access to a balcony that overlooks the lake. Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet. Good breakfast. Good location for walking in the town and the paths around the lake.

Cons:

Room furniture is barebones.
