Pros:

Det var så mange utruleg hyggjelege tilsette. Kudos for å ha samla så mange flotte folk på ein stad. Eg håpar de har eit godt arbeidsmiljø med ei leiing som set stor pris på dykk! Ved frukosten såg eg mange ungdommer som gjorde ein god jobb. Frukosten var veldig god, med stor variasjon i utvalet. Bra utval av sunne frukostval.

Rommet var funklande reint og sikkert veldig up to date interiørmessig. Sengene var okey, men kunne vore hakket hardare!

Det var tilrettelagde aktivitetar for barn. Kroken med MarioKart var tydeleg utforma med meining, mens leikerommet var tydeleg eit konferanserom der leikane var kasta inn. Her er det mogleg å forbetre seg. Veldig artig med quiz for barn.

Cons:

Det ser ikkje ut til at Scandic gjev sine tilsette arbeidsklede. Dei fleste som eg såg på arbeid i restauranten gjekk i det som såg ut som like skjorter, mens beinklede og sko var ulike for alle. Det er ei forventning at ein så stor aktør som Scandic passar på ordentleg arbeidsutstyr til sine tilsette, og inntrykket er at det ikkje stemmer. Håpar de tek betre vare på dei enn me fekk inntrykk av.

Ungane var ekstremt skuffa over at dei ikkje hadde utsikt til togskinnene, men busstrafikken gjorde litt opp for det.

Som nevnt var det mange aktivitetar for barn, mens leikerommet var ganske skuffandes. Her har leiinga ein god del å gå på for å tekke dei yngste.

Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations. The room cleanliness was below the standard I expected, and housekeeping needs significant improvement. The pillows were also uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. On the positive side, the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and room comfort in the future.

Ottimo hotel sulle rive del Lago
Pros:

Location spettacolare in riva al lago comodissima per una sosta lungo il tour Norway in a nutshell. L'albergo è proprio dietro la stazione dei treni posto stupendo per fare passeggiate sia in riva al lago sia nei boschi dei dintorni. Colazione fantastica c'era davvero di tutto persino gli shottini di zenzero. Albergo molto bello camere grandi con spettacolare finestra sul lago letti comodissimi.
