We were pleasantly surprised about the accommodations and helpfulness if staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was quite good. Would have liked more fruit options though the fresh pineapple was delicious!

Cons:

The dining area needs updating and seating needs replacement. Stains can be seen on cushions. Upholstery does not hold up well in a restaurant; seating needs to be more easily cleaned on a daily basis.

I thought the staff was nice and the place was clean. The breakfast was good too

Cons:

Someone opened our door and the front desk said it was a mix up of rooms . But it started our stay off a little rocky . And the pool was super crowded

The evening staff member, the young woman who helped us when we arrived, was really great, and the beds were comfortable, but it wasn’t pleasant to find old hair in the bed.

Cons:

Take my advice: do not book this hotel. The location feels unsafe for going out in the evening, and the restaurant was closed on Sunday with no safe dining options within walking distance.
The toilet didn’t work, there was old hair in the bed, and the breakfast was completely depleted (see photos). The manager was somewhat rude instead of offering compensation. I travel frequently around the world and have never experienced such a poor-quality Radisson before.

It wasn’t anywhere near what we expected, not worth the price, and we won’t stay there again

The lobby was decent and the shuttle was convenient.

Cons:

Our room was dirty, cleaning staff tried walking in while we were still there (wasn’t even close to check out time either), the bathroom was super tiny and my partner couldn’t even fit in the shower decently because the ceiling was lower than everywhere else in the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We could only turn on the heat or have the system off altogether. We had to sleep in a 75 degree room while it was between 70 and 80 degrees outside. And when we checked in, they didn’t tell us the code to get in and out of the parking lot. When we tried calling the front desk as we were leaving, nobody answered the phone for about 5 minutes. Another guest leaving had to help us out.

Loved the shuttle service. Will come back for that alone. The desk staff and shuttle driver were top stars.

Cons:

The breakfast was kept up. When I came down at 8 the hot food was gone.

Checked in and went in to our room and both beds were not made and dirty sheets. Towels on bathroom floor. Lights on. Switched rooms after we made a call to the front desk. That room, the air did not work. The next morning I called the front desk for a hair dryer and the man said “uhhhh, let me see if I can maybe find one”. 45 minutes later no hair dryer and no communication back. I stopped at the front desk on my way out, in a hurry, as I had been waiting for a hair dryer and she was sweet at the desk and took notes/filled out a report on a white form and said the GM would call me. I left for my event with wet hair. Four days later and have yet to hear hear from the property. Would not recommend.

Leisure trip to go to the historical Society. It was very close to this.
Pros:

I like the location and the views from our window. We were able to see the Capital.

Cons:

It was a lot of construction, which made it difficult to actually get to the hotel
