When we arrived, the staff at the front desk told us that the HVAC system hadn't been working all week but that they had it fixed. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was on the 6th floor and incredibly hot - even with a box fan that the staff gave us. The second room they gave us was a little better, but the temperature did not get below 74 degrees (again, even with the box fan!).
We arrived and were greeted by a wonderful front desk employee. The room was clean and we walked to many places in a great location. We had a show to get to and my process was not working and the employees stepped in fixed the problem and got us to our show.The bartender was wonderful and also very helpful .I just can't say enough for this hotel employees definitely will be our place to stay every st Paul trip. They take their job over and beyond what is expected. Thank you for being so kind It makes a huge difference.

I love my entire stay. I had my kid with me and was about to check in early and check out late with no extra fee. All staff were so friendly

The hotel was very outdated. The location was not what I expected. When I think Raddison I think high class, luckily the amazing staff made up for it.

It was a little dirty. Help was difficult
Everybody at the hotel was so nice. When I told them that I didn't use the parking they refunded me the $75. They also give me a price reduction when I went to get a little chicken Caesar salad from the refrigerator. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again! No that's not mine
