Pros:

The convenience to City Place, extremely pet friendly, pool and hot tub. Shower in the rooms were nice.

Cons:

Response time for staff. I needed additional towels and it took 4 hours. The room wasn't stocked with additional supplies like toilet tissue and I called down it took forever to get another roll of tissue.

Cons:

La piscine était glaciale, impossible de s'y baigner. Dommage au vue du tarif de la nuitée. Nous n'avons pas pu avoir de facture pour notre entreprise qui prenait en charge ce séjour (seulement une confirmation qui n'indiquait pas le montant payé à Booking mais un montant inférieur). Nous n'avons pas été informé qu'un service de navette était inclus.

The rooms were beautifully designed—stylish, comfortable, and incredibly clean. I especially loved the rooftop bar and pool, which offered stunning views of the city and a great spot to unwind. The location is also ideal—just steps from downtown, the waterfront, and tons of great restaurants.

They tried twice to take money from me. I booked via booking.com incl breakfast. They “sell” you without asking a complimentary pack of $39 each room which you don’t need at all. And next morning they charged the breakfast. This journey gives a bad taste. The staff in the restaurant is extremely slow.
