The closeness to The Monorail (M01) was the main reason for choosing the hotel.
Pros:

Very near Hamamatsucho Monorail Station. Excellent for getting to Haneda Airport. You don't have to change stations fight your way through busy stations. Good Metro and JR Train access fron the same Hamamamatsucho station. The Metro station is Daimon and it is a good interchange station. There is also a selfserve 'Welcome Bar' on your first evening of your stay when there is a decent selection of drinks that you can help yourself to for free as many times as you like. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The TV. No English language channels and you couldn't cast your phone to the TV. Really not good if you were staying several nights. The pillow very uncomfortable. The WiFi was and open WiFi and was not secure and unless you have a VPN, it's not secure.

A great and calm place to stay in Tokyo if you want to be far say from the crowds.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel was in a less touristic area. It had great connections to all major sights in Tokyo and to Haneda Airport.

Cons:

The breakfast could offer more variety of dishes and fresh food.

Great location, but tiny rooms.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The location is excellent, easy walking distance from trains & airport monorail, and lots of restaurants & bars. Rooms well lit. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny, even by Japanese hotel standards. Each room has a huge double bed, taking up most of the floor space, so that even as a single, you have to squeeze yourself around the desk, the chair and your luggage. Despite the double bed, don’t even think of having 2 people share the room.

Pros:

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, sauber, alles was man braucht für ein paar Tage in Tokyo ☺️

Cons:

Bewegungsmelder für das große Licht im „Flur“ hat sehr schnell reagiert und den Raum beleuchtet wenn man es nicht wollte. Kleines Zimmer, aber normal für Japan.
