Pros:

The location of the hotel is good. Close to stations. The room had a Tokyo tower view.

Cons:

The room was really small. We had connecting double rooms but they really are connecting single rooms. There isn’t enough room to open big suitcases. The entire room and floor had a smell. Only if you blast the ac on full does the smell go away and then it’s freezing. Breakfast was just ok.

Outstanding hotel
Pros:

Outstanding location right near all the main train lines into all the cities around Tokyo. Friendly staff, who give recommendations on everything from photo spots, to the best places to eat. Perfect English spoken by all staff also!

浜松町駅至近、朝食イマイチ、大浴場無し
Pros:

浜松町駅からすぐで羽田空港利用者にはとても便利。
外国人のフロントはしっかりしており好感。

Cons:

フロントワンオペかつ不在時間が長く(スーパーホテル共通と思うが)不安感は有る。
朝食は選択制で品数も少なく残念。
このチェーンとしては大浴場もない。
