Great location right in the middle of all the major touristy places. Quick and easy checkin/checkout.
Pros:

Location is great. Facilities in the residential room were plenty. We had a nice table and 2 chairs in the room, which is rare in hotels in Japan.

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable, there were 2 to choose from and neither was comfortable for me. There was also some stale smell in the hall near elevators

המכונה קפה לא עבדה, כנראה התקלקלה (היא עבדה בהתחלה). במקום זה הגישו ליד קפה אמריקנו פחות טעים.

Pros:

立地が良かったです。駅も近いし観光地も近いし飲み屋も近いので泊まってどこにでも行けます！
フロントスタッフさん、朝食時のスタッフさんも丁寧、親切で質問にもしっかり答えてくれたので助かりました。
お部屋も広く妻と２人で泊まりましたがのびのびとできました。お風呂とトイレも別ですしとても清潔で使いやすいです。WiFiも強いのでネットで調べ物もしやすかったのも良かったです。

Cons:

専用の駐車場が予約で1台しかないので車で行く人は注意です。
建物の裏や近くにコインパーキングがありますが、3分程は歩くと思うので雨天時はお気をつけて。
