Clean, convenient and a good value hotel in Kanazawa
Pros:

Great location in walking distance to restaurants and sites. Rooms are new and updated. Loved having a washing machine and dryer in room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed in a higher floor. Would have liked to park on site. Staff recommended a lot, but we had trouble figuring out how to pay for it and it was late. While we had 2 rooms close to each other, I would have preferred if our family of 4 could have all stayed in the same room.

Pros:

Wij konden niet direct in onze kamer, maar onze koffers werden netjes naar de kamer gebracht. Omdat de kamer erg warm was en veel vliegjes had, kregen wij een upgrade. Het personeel voelde zich erg schuldig, bood meerdere keren excuses aan en gaf ons als excuus een gratis ontbijt. De hele dag kon iedereen gratis koffie krijgen.

Cons:

Vliegjes in de kamer. De wasmachine in de kamer duurt erg lang tussen de 3,5 uur en 5.5 uur.

Pros:

Het hotel overtrof onze verwachtingen. We hadden een eenvoudig hotel verwacht, maar alles was ontzettend netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en op loopafstand van het kasteel en de beroemde tuinen. En dat voor een heel betaalbare prijs.

We choosed the room with kitchenette, but they give you a portable cooker and a bag. Really not worth it.

L’accoglienza, la cura del dettaglio, la pulizia, anche l’arredamento molto fresco. Finalmente una camera spaziosa dove ci stavano le valigie, ci hanno portato le valigie in camera e finalmente la lavatrice in camera per fare comodamente le lavatrici in privato.
