Emplacement top, service de voiturier top, personnel de l’hôtel catastrophique

Son service bagage depuis le parking avec une gentillesse et un service exceptionnel

Cons:

Devoir mendier dans un 4* pour avoir une bouteille d’eau filtrée en devant ramener le contenant vide, voire de préférence se passer devant boire de l’eau par 36 degrés
Devoir se justifier pour qu’on vienne chercher deux sacs dans la chambre alors que le service de voiturier est heureusement au top
Et aucune convivialité ni professionnalisme

Hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, dentro de la ciudadela amurallada. La cama es muy buena, pero las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas y se eschucha la televisión de otras habitaciones.

Cons:

Llegamos en coche, y aunque el hotel tiene un servicio que traslada el equipaje desde el aparcamiento, que está fuera de las murallas, no nos informaron correctamente sobre el horario de este servicio. Nos indicaron un horario en el momento de reservarlo, y cuando estábamos prácticamente llegando nos mandaron un correo indicando que el servicio finalizaba antes, por lo que cuando llegamos no había nadie. Nos hubiera gustado que nos informaran bien cuando hicimos la reserva.

Great location. Good value. Needs a refresh.
Pros:

Location is excellent, very close to Castle. Private off-site Parking is secure and excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Rooms tired and in need of renovation. Bar was not open during our stay (2nights). Breakfast buffet room needs a revamp.

Pros:

La localisation, l’accueil

Cons:

La chambre sentait fort le renfermé, les bouches de Clim au dessus des fenêtres étaient pleine de poussière. Ça faisait vieillot et à peine propre.
Nous avions déjà séjourné a l’hôtel et n’avions pas du tout eu cette expérience.

Notre chambre était très vieillissante ; pas d’attention ni d’équipement dans les chambres ( même pas une bouteille d’eau ….) petit déjeuner ok mais il faut même mettre la table soi même
