Die Lage im historischen Zentrum ist hervorragend und lässt eine Stadtbesichtigung auch abends zu, wenn die Stimmung besonders schön ist und die Gassen weniger voll sind.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the town
Pros:

Located right in the heart of the walled city so everything we wanted was right on our doorstep. Lovely staff and beautiful building. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable bed and decent sized room with effective Aircon.

Cons:

The room itself needed a refurb, it felt like an outdated 90s hotel room and you could easily forget where you were. Clearly a newer TV but not a smart TV so we were stuck with french channels and couldn't use YouTube or netflix before bed.

Perfect stay - cool room and perfect luggage service
Pros:

At the centre of the cité - perfect situation. The car parking attendants were amazingly helpful. The rooms had efficient AC which was a real bonus as we were there in a heatwave. We went to a concert and the position was perfect.

Cons:

It seems petty to pick out anything but a quicker checkin process could be looked at.

L'emplacement, le personnel. Le jardin intérieur pour le petit déjeuner. La petite terrasse de la chambre..
Bon rapport qualité prix, c'est honnête (prix très accessible pour un 4 étoiles mais vu de la vétusté, cela s'entend)

Cons:

La chambre a vraiment besoin d'une rénovation notamment la salle de bain et les sanitaires. Pas acceptable lorsqu'on affiche un 4 étoiles.
Idem le petit déjeuner est très limité avec une disposition inappropriée , tous les aliments sont agglutinés sur un même meuble, du coup les personnes s'agglutinent , très désagréable..
