This hotel matched our expectations in terms of being a lovely traditional place in the heart of the old city. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't delicious served in a spacious dining area. Would definitely recommend and return. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent location in the pedestrian area of Carcassone. The room and breakfast were very good. The arrangement to get from and to the car park was very well organised.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. A real differentiator. Breakfast was buffet style and very good selection. Room very clean and terrace a bonus.
Our room was a little dated. I'm sure the rooms in the newer parts of the hotel are more modern.
Nice hotel in a great location. You cannot drive inside the walls of the city and they provided parking right outside and brought our bags to the hotel.
It took extremely long to get them to take our bags back to the car park.

Habitación pésimo sin aire acondicionado con muebles muy desgastados la verdad sin comentarios nada a que ver con lo que muestran en Booking y también el desayuno muy básico sin ningún aspecto apreciable

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais absolument rien de fabuleux. Le parking est a l’extérieur des remparts. Vous rejoignez l’hôtel à pieds pendant qu’un bagagiste transfère vos bagages en voiture. Malheureusement lors du départ avons attendu 40mn dans notre voiture que les bagages arrivent ce qui est très désagréable
Location, history and the gardens
I just found it a little shabby for the price, the bathroom needs painting and is outdated. The bed was rock hard so we didn't get much sleep. To me this would barely be a 3 star
