Good value apartment, good location and close to public transport.
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and lounge.

Cons:

Was a bit further from the heart of St Kilda than I thought, but still very easy to get around. Easy to get uber into St Kilda and tram into City.
Took a bit to get used to the noise of the trams regularly going past

Great location, amazing views, helpful staff
Pros:

The view was amazing! Access to the apartment was easy! It was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The shower was terrible, it was either boiling
Hot or freezing cold. The couch was lumpy and not so comfy.

Overall, the apartment was very comfortable. However, a bigger rubbish bin is needed in the kitchen.
Cons:

The entrance way was dirty over the weekend. Nobody came to clean it up. Pizza bits strewn over the place. Not good at all. Somebody should check this everyday and clean it.

Schick aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage in St. Kinda war gut. Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Es war sehr sauber und schick.

Cons:

Zugangscode über eine App, die man sich erst herunterladen muss. Shampoo, Kaffee etc nicht ausreichend für alle Tage. Es gibt im EG 2 Schränke mit Nachschub. Dafür muss man sich von der Verwaltung einen Code schicken lassen, der dann auch nur 1x funktioniert und das auch nur für maximal 1 Tag. Maximal kompliziert! Durch die Fenster hört man viel Straßenlärm. Der Kühlschrank machte fürchterliche Geräusche. Nach einigen Abstimmungsversuchen wurde er dann schnell ausgetauscht.
Man muss ein Deposit hinterlegen. Dieses wird aber tatsächlich belastet, nicht wie üblich einfach nur geblockt, so dass man durch das Hin- und Herbuchen und die jeweilige Umrechnung Geld verliert. Ärgerlich.
