用事は住みましたが、宿泊については気分的にイマイチ。
Pros:

南向きの部屋でよかった。

Cons:

予約時に連泊登録ができず、個別に同内容を連続して登録のうえ連泊の旨連絡し、同部屋とする回答あるも、
受付時には連泊の手続きが（システム的に？）されていなかった。
　故に宿泊者名簿の手書き記入、及び2泊分の支払いをするも１日分の領収の提示があったがそれは違うと返却のうえ
　手書きで２日分の領収書（仮）として受領。翌朝、正式分を請求するとそれは正式のものとの回答。
　前日に手続きをした担当者だったが訂正、謝罪の言葉もなし。
また、２日目の外出から帰ってきたときに入室時のカードエラー発生。
受付にて再発行してもらい入室するも謝罪の言葉もなし。（連泊登録の漏れですかね）
＊宿泊予約時の連泊登録ができなかったことが要因と思いますが原因不明。

Pros:

Good location, close to the shopping mall & Mitsui outlet. The room was clean but quite compact. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

When we arrived, it was raining and parking lot was full. We had to park in nearby shopping mall for free of charge.

今まで色々と泊まってきましたが過去一気持ち良く寝られました。

Authentic experience
Pros:

The proximity to the train station was really convenient and being there felt like getting a taste of real Japan instead of just the tourist version of it. The breakfasts was really good and the staff was helpful when it came to shipping our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto.

清潔感が感じられました

Cons:

添い寝の子供の歯ブラシ、タオル類が用意されてなく二人でバスタオルを使った。
フロントで聞いたところ、子供の分はありません！と一言。
残念だった！

今日は大津の東横に宿泊していますが、フロントの対応は間違いなく袖ヶ浦の方が上

フロントがとても親切でした。

Cons:

トイレバスルームからの排水溝からの臭いが凄く不快でした。湯船の湯を流すとおさまりましたので、排水ラインのUシール部に水が溜まって無かったのでは？
