Fix the mattress and would be back without hesitation!
Pros:

Good location for vibe and easy walking access to station and city
Clean and tidy - in room facilities all good.

Cons:

The check in process wasn’t simple but all worked out in the end.
Only one real complaint - super soft sagging mattress led to restless nights and was not comfortable

Excellent apartment
Pros:

Excellent apartment with everything you could possibly need. Lovely welcome snacks. Shower was the best ever!
Couldn't fault the superb apartment

Cons:

There are many homeless/addicts in the area who created a lot of noise/screaming/banging etc in the early hours meaning sleep was impossible. Also many locals drive souped up cars designed to create as much noise as possible ☹️

Super Appartment im Zentrum von Perth.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Perth. Grossräumig mit einer guten Ausstattung. Team ist sehr gut organisiert.

Cons:

Fenster sind etwas ringhörig und auf der Strasse ist in der Nacht viel Betrieb.

Great location for us, close to cafes, restaurants, public transport and the city.
Pros:

Great customer service, very responsive to requests.
Location is perfect for us.
Great access to public transport, food options and nearby parks, particularly, Hyde Park.

Cons:

Squeaky bathroom door needs oiling, and while the mattress was okay, it wasn’t supportive enough for me.

Não gostei da falsa informação , entrei em contato antes me informaram que poderia sim entrar antes se tivesse quarto livre. Cheguei ao meio dia , fui levada a um quarto que estava vazio , e aí a surpresa que teria que pagar 50 dólares para entrar ao meio dia achei aquilo absurdo porque não fui informada que teria que pagar antes , e esperei na recepção por duas horas para poder entrar no mesmo quarto que já estava vazio com minha mala dentro , as cortinas não são black out você não consegue dormir até mais tarde cortinas muito finas e velhas , outra coisa muito ruim você é obrigado a deixar limpar o quarto após 7 dias não li nenhuma cláusula do fui informada no local que é obrigatório deitar limpar o quarto , eu mesma limparia e mantenho sempre tudo limpo em todo apartamento que me , hospedo ,ficam toda a manhã conversando no corredor atrapalhando os hóspedes que querem estudar ou estão a trabalho , corrigindo essas coisas seria ótimo o ambiente o banheiro estava sujo cheio de limo e sujeira precisa de uma limpeza mais eficiente pós estava podre com manchas escuras ..
