Pros:

L'accueil est très bien, le petit frigo dans la chambre est appréciable

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de porte pour la salle de bain. Le bruit de la douche est gênant pour la 2eme personne si on prend le bain tôt
le matin.

All was good including staff, cleanliness, room, furnishing but
Pros:

Staff was attentive and kind, mainly reception desk employees and canteen employees
Were problem solving people with good attitide and skills.

Cons:

I didn't like that canteen provided the same food every day.
There were no new dishes siring my six-day stay, and it was awful.
The first 2 days it was acceptable but then it was bad experience and
I left the canteen hungry because I cannot eat every day the same dishes.
One more mention in the evenings I would like to order meal but
There was only pizza available, which I think is a drawback.

Gute Option, um Luxemburg zu erkunden!
Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal zu Gast in diesem Hotel, um Luxemburg zu erkunden.

Das Hotel liegt ungefähr 15 min mit dem Bus von Hamilius entfernt, wo sich der Innen- und Altstadtbereich befindet und je nach Verbindung ca. 20 - 25 min vom Hauptbahnhof.
Am Hotel kann man auch Busverbindungen hoch auf das Kirchberg Plateau nehmen und dort z.B. in die Tram umsteigen. In der Gegend befindet sich auch bei der Haltestelle "Alphonse Weicker" ein Einkaufszentrum mit großem AUCHAN - Supermarkt.

Die Gegend um das Hotel ist nachts angenehm ruhig.

Im Zimmer gab es täglich frisches Wasser umsonst, sowie die Möglichkeit Kaffee und Tee zu trinken. Ich wusste auch die Annehmlichkeit eines Kühlschrankes zu schätzen, sowie vorhandene Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche. Es war sauber und ich hatte ein bequemes Doppelbett. Mir gefielen auch die Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer und Einkäufe, z.B.

Das Frühstück fand ich persönlich etwas deftiger, als ich es im Alltag gewohnt bin, aber dennoch lecker und vielfältig! Mir gefiel z.B., dass es regionale Saucen gab und neben Säften auch Detox Wasser.

Ich halte mir das Hotel gern als Option weiterhin beim nächsten Luxemburg - Besuch! 😊

Im Grunde nichts.

Ich hatte diesmal an der Rezeption etwas Probleme dem Gespräch zu folgen - da Englisch mit starkem französischen Akzent gesprochen wurde.
Aber das ist vermutlich persönliches Empfinden.😊

Was mir beim Check-In aber wirklich nicht gefiel, dass parallel noch das Telefon bedient wurde und mit 2 weiteren Kollegen an der Bar gesprochen wurde, statt sich auf mich als Gast zu konzentrieren. Das hat mir Schwierigkeiten bereitet dem Prozess zu folgen, auch wenn das Personal sonst sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist!

Modernes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und perfekter Busanbindung ins Zentrum
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, das Zentrum ist aber mit dem Bus problemlos erreichbar. Der Bus (Linie 9) fährt direkt vor der Haustür und ist 7 Minuten später an der Corniche. Der Bus fährt meistens im 15-Minuten-Takt, zudem ist der Nahverkehr in ganz Luxemburg kostenlos.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück.

Das Frühstück war rundum super. Große Auswahl, viele frische Sachen, dazu auch sehr guter Kaffee. Wirklich sehr gut.

Da das Hotel relativ ist, ist auch die Zimmereinrichtung relativ modern. Auch das Bad ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war leider etwas dunkel, weil das Hotel in einem Tal liegt und zumindest in einige Zimmer nicht so viel natürliches Licht fällt.

Leider gab es in meinem Zimmer keinen Stuhl. Es gab einen Hocker, was soweit ok war. Wenn man aber eine Zeitlang am Schreibtisch sitzt wäre ein Stuhl mit Lehne doch deutlich bequemer.

Leider habe ich in der Nähe des Tisches keine Steckdose gefunden. Es gab natürlich Steckdosen (am Bett, sowie nahe der Zimmertür), aber es wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn ich das Notebook hätte aufladen können, während ich es benutzt habe.

It’s a shame about the above. But this hotel needs a bathroom improvement and I think most people would want a door. And
Pros:

A lovely place, lighting was good and staff fantastic.

Cons:

We were upgraded to a room that had just a bath and a low shower over it. Completely open with no door. Also a big damp patch on our ceiling and some of the ceiling looked like it needed some painting. Also I could hear someone’s air conditioning on all night.

Comfortable hotel with easy access to the main spots
Pros:

Good location, bus stop next to the hotel in both directions. Few minutes to the city centre and main attractions and to the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Kind staff.

Cons:

There is a mini fridge in the room which is an advantage for the hotel but it was not shown on the amenities listing.
A lack of sockets for phone charge. There are many USB plugs but the charging speed is very slow
