I keep coming back to this hotel for a reason. The rooms are excellent, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and everything runs with the kind of smooth professionalism that makes you feel like you can actually relax instead of starring in a low-budget survival documentary called Check-In Wars: The Reckoning.

But honestly, the biggest strength of this place is the staff. Everyone is incredibly professional, polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive. A special mention goes to Mohammad Zaheer, who somehow appears everywhere at once like a five-star hotel version of the Force. He helps arrange rooms, solves problems instantly, and handles difficult situations with impressive calm and professionalism. Today I watched him deal with a very agitated guest — who may or may not have been conducting his own personal audition for “Dubai’s Got Emotional Damage” — and Mohammad handled it perfectly, respectfully, and professionally from start to finish.

Also a big thank you to the cleaning crew, especially Ishor, who does an excellent job. The rooms are cleaned every day thoroughly and professionally, and the attention to detail is obvious. Overall, one of the most consistently reliable and welcoming hotels I stay at.

Overall was great, my little girl enjoyed service was , chefs were great not forgetting Hannah and Lilian:Location wise was amazing,you can ride a tax just at the door step or enjoy the walk to the train station 🫶
