外国人受付スタッフの対応が最悪でした｡気分を害した｡
Pros:

人形町駅に近く､レストランが多く､便利だった。

Cons:

受付スタッフ（アジア人､外国人)の接客が無愛想で､チェックアウトの際も「ありがとうございました」を言えず､日本語対応ができず､最悪でした。受付の日本人スタッフは親切で良かった。また､海外から長距離便で夜遅く羽田空港到着後､初日のチェックインした後､部屋に入ったところ、枕元ベッドの敷布に女性の長い髪の毛があり､最悪でした。受付の女性に敷布を取り替えてもらったが、ベッドメーキングができず、ホテルとしては気遣いに欠けていた。友人､知人にはこのホテルをお勧めできません。

Good price for short stay
Pros:

Location, smoking rooms, clean

Cons:

Pillows are made from rubble. So stiff that i got neck pain. Room so small cant clean the air out after smoking. Cant sleep with the smoke smell. Shrink my clothes after using laundry automat downstairs.
