Shower facilities, pool n gym all disappointing
I probably rated this hotel before having stayed here multiple times when I do have to be in Jakarta. However, this was my first stay after having achieved Platinum status with the hotel group and it was a wonderful experience staying at the Executive Floor and accessing the lounge for the first time. The lounge staff were great during my stay - Carolina, Deswina, Nona, Vallen, Fondi, Nadia, Ayu and especially Kikomi and Bella - who not only memorized my name but also my room number and my departure date. Next level attention to detail! The hotel itself is great as well - the room, amenities, F&B option and location. Will definitely be back!

Booked a lounge access is definitely worth it as they provide an elevated version of their regular bfast, unlimited ala cartes for multiple menus

they're just open for the breakfast on 6.30, they make us to wait outside,
all the employees already sit and had breakfast inside.

the location is very strategic inside the mall, and the parking lot is huge, so you could either park in the basement or in the level 6.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very good and family friendly. The staff is also very helpful and friendly
The food in the restaurant is also very recommended for groups of people, because it has a lot of options such as duck, beef, dimsum, etc. It gives you a new experience of enjoying Chinese food with a good environment and a delicious food

This was my 2nd stays at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue in Match after few months. I went to Jakarta almost 2-3 times a month for staycation and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent stable high-speed internet.
The staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive especially the entire team at the Executive Lounge.
I would like to compliment Front Desk Jackeline who checked me in. Her interaction to guest made me Feel Welcome.

My second favourite is Kikomi,she is funny kind helpful and cute. She likes Harry Potter,power puff and other movies and cartoons I mostly like🥰🥰
