Locatie, dicht bij NICE Pik 2

Cons:

Kamer is klein, prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet rechtvaardig. De 3 avonden ervóór heb ik overnacht in Keraton at the Plaza Hyatt. Deze was qua service, locatie en kamer top.

Enjoyable stay and easy access to Java Jazz venue in NICE
Pros:

Nice and modern place and near to NICE. Also conveniently attached to PIK Avenue mall.

Cons:

Far from the usual malls that i go to… Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia mall.

Could be better under the brand name Swissotel!

only for the Location.

Cons:

Shower facilities, pool n gym all disappointing

Room 1830
The shampoo conditioner container were glued to the wall n fallen off! Unbelievable. N the toilet doesn’t even a modesty panel from the bedroom.

Close at 6 pm?
Both the sauna n steam rooms not working properly
The shower heads were either faulty n not user friendly.

Beanch press machine were squeaky. Machines selection limited

Excellent First Platinum Experience!
Pros:

I probably rated this hotel before having stayed here multiple times when I do have to be in Jakarta. However, this was my first stay after having achieved Platinum status with the hotel group and it was a wonderful experience staying at the Executive Floor and accessing the lounge for the first time. The lounge staff were great during my stay - Carolina, Deswina, Nona, Vallen, Fondi, Nadia, Ayu and especially Kikomi and Bella - who not only memorized my name but also my room number and my departure date. Next level attention to detail! The hotel itself is great as well - the room, amenities, F&B option and location. Will definitely be back!

The only best hotel at PIK/nearby Soetta airport
Pros:

Best hotel nearby the airport and PIK area, design wise, facility wise, food wise, service wise, checked every boxes

Booked a lounge access is definitely worth it as they provide an elevated version of their regular bfast, unlimited ala cartes for multiple menus

Definitely the only option for hotel in the area
