Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Mixed signals: several reviews praise very clean rooms and sheets and note excellent housekeeping, but at least one review explicitly reports poor cleanliness; overall slightly above average.
Service
9.6
Strongly positive: many reviews highlight attentive, friendly and named staff (e.g., Mr. Greg, Ms. Zahra, Lala, Vivi), honeymoon surprise and consistently good service, with only occasional check-in delays mentioned.
Location
9.7
Very positive and repeatedly mentioned: consistently praised for proximity to the airport, nearby mall/shopping and convenience for guests.
Room Quality
7.4
Weaker area: multiple comments about small or slightly outdated rooms, issues with shower/head, fridge and TV problems; some guests find rooms too small for a 5-star expectation.
Amenities
8.5
Generally good: 24hr bar, room service, gym (acceptable) and executive lounge breakfast are positives, but pool noted as small for adults and some facilities feel a bit dated.
Value for Money
7.7
Mixed to slightly below expectation: some guests feel certain services (e.g., spa/massage) are overpriced and compare unfavorably to higher-end alternatives, despite convenience and good service.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Very positive: multiple mentions of excellent and varied breakfasts (including executive lounge), described as a strong point of the stay.
Overall Experience
10
Overall very positive: many guests report excellent stays, special touches (honeymoon surprise), and recommend the hotel for airport convenience; isolated negatives (small rooms, occasional delays) do not dominate overall impression.
