夕食を外でとった際ソースが白いティシャツに付いてしまい
ホテルに帰りすぐに染み抜きがないか？尋ねました
フロントで多分これを使いやってみて下さいと御借りしました
部屋で言われたとうり40度位のお湯で抜いて一晩乾かした結果綺麗に取れました
白のシャツなので諦めていましたが！
本当に綺麗に染み抜きでき
助かりました
適切に親切に助けて頂き感謝しました
次又広島に行く際は必ずここを使います
ありがとう御座いました。

フロントの女性の方々がとても親切に対応してくれたおかげで、安心して手続きができました。
急な対応にも快く応じて下さいました。

Cons:

浴室、トイレが埃だらけだったのが気になりました。それ以外は清潔でした。
