Recommend, great stay and will definitely come back
Pros:

Clean, new, chic hotel
Rooms are spacious
breakfast buffet has good variety of choice
Staffs were friendly and welcoming

Cons:

- No coin laundry
- Front desk staff communications were a bit confusing:
1. When asked if there is laundry service, front desk said no, but next morning saw housekeeping left a laundry service info
2 when clarified with room upgrade, price was misunderstood
- would appreciate if hotel can update for any ongoing maintenance

いつも過ごしやすいホテルです。
Pros:

国際通りに面して立地も施設も良い。

Cons:

立体パーキングの出庫の際に係員の入庫優先の対応でかなり長い時間20分以上待たされた。飛行機の出発が遅れなければ、時間的にギリギリになる所だった。

很推薦親朋好友住宿。
Pros:

工作人員非常親切、熱心。地理位置很好，吃、喝、購物完全不用擔心。

Cons:

泳池在颱風來之前提早關閉，颱風離開後延後開放。無法享用設施，非常可惜⋯

Excellent Hotel in the thick of the action in Naha city
Pros:

Location was a stones throw away to shopping and a multitude of food options. The facilities were very clean and modern the staff were excellent and attentive to our needs. There were three of us in one room and it was relatively big for Japans standards ( 2 x twin beds and a sofa bed). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel also kept us well informed during Typhoon Bavi and managed our concerns during that period with ease. We would not hesitate to stay here again when in Naha.

Ein schönes Hotel im Zentrum des City. Lage Top. Freundliches Personal. Das Gym war auch gut.

Cons:

Am Pool darf man nur das Hoteleigene Wasser trinken. Ich hätte wir wenigstens eine Poolbar gewünscht mit einer Cola oder so.
