Tolles, ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Das checkin hat nicht funktioniert.
Anruf auf ihre Nummer.
Sollte ein Mail bekommen fürs einchecken.
Nach 3 Anrufen und 3 Mal die Mail Adresse angegeben und 45Min. später schaffte es ihre Mitarbeiterin endlich, die richtige E-Mail Adresse von mir einzugeben!!!!!!

Albergo bello come struttura ma non confortevole per mancanza di cura.
Pros:

La posizione era ottima perché l'albergo si trova presso la stazione ferroviaria e al capolinea di diversi autobus.
L'arredamento della stanza è buono e i letti sono comodi.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto l'impressione di un albergo gestito da fantasmi. Non c'era alcuna persona dello staff nell'albergo e non c'era neanche risposta al telefono se non dopo vari tentativi. Il check-in è stato penoso. Non c'era alcun comfort in camera: neanche un bicchiere di carta per lavarsi i denti! Siamo stati due notti e dopo la prima notte non è stata rifatta la camera.

Ruimhartig, maar lift te klein voor fiets
Pros:

Ik kon al om 12 uur op m'n kamer!
Met fietsenhok in de parkeergarage.

Cons:

Je krijgt instructies om met de fiets naar -2 te gaan met de lift. Dan moet je die rechtop zetten! Zeg liever dat 50 m verderop een grote lift is, waarmee je de fiets makkelijk naar beneden brengt. Tweemaal links en je staat voor het hok. Binnen zou er wel verlichting mogen zijn... Daarna kun je met de hotellift naar boven.

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war EXTREM heiss. Die Aircondition hat nicht funktioniert. Ich musste d. ganze Nacht das Fenster geöffnet haben und es war extrem laut wg den feiernden Menschen rund um d. Hotel.

je ne me souviens pas d'avoir jamais vécu une nuitée aussi mauvaise
Pros:

seule note quelque peu positive, chambre assez bien nettoyée et propre, si l'on fait abstraction des murs, plafonds, mobiliers usés, etc - merci à l'équipe de d'entretien.

Cons:

hall d'entrée, ascenseurs peu accueillants et pas vraiment propres, chambre vétuste (n°506), murs et plafonds sales, mobilier usé, une vraie fournaise (température extérieur +/- 35, celle de la chambre faisant aisément une bonne poignée de degrés en plus, malheureusement aucun thermomètre sous la main, mais imaginez une voiture exposée en plein soleil pendant toute la journée), aucune aération, ni d'isolation de façade manifestement, un vieux ventilateur poussiéreux peinant à brasser l'air, exposition chambre place de la Gare (bruit infernal pendant toute la nuit, gens, bus, trains, machines, équipes de nettoyage, etc, etc), expérience tellement mauvaise que nous avons changé d’hôtel dés le lendemain de notre arrivée
