Pros:

Trotz Self-Check-in wurde mein Anliegen telefonisch sofort und unkompliziert gelöst. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist ideal. Ich war eine Nacht dort und würde jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Der Zugang über die Garage ist immer mühsam.
Bisher hatte es immer einen Glastisch und einen Sessel im Zimmer - wurden entfernt.
Die Musik der Bar bis Mitternacht ist wiklich störend

Zimmer storniert vom Gatsgeber 2 Std nach check in, ohne Grund, keine Rückzahlung, keine Antwort auf Anfragen, meidet den Aarauerhof, beim Buchen wird mehrmals abgebrochen und der Preis wird erhöht um bis zu 50% sauerei

Comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom

Cons:

Extremely loud music until 4am, even on the fifth floor and wearing the earplugs provided, the thumping and noise from the ground floor made it impossible to sleep. Stained carpets and armchair, moldy grout in bathroom.

Pros:

Super Lage, sauber und gemütlich. Großer heller Raum und Badezimmer.

Cons:

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, wenn man mit dem eigenen Auto anreist.

In der zweiten Nacht war es unmöglich zu schlafen, da wir die Musik aus dem Nachtclub im Erdgeschoss bis 4 Uhr morgens hören mussten.

I like this hotel, the location, but I do NOT like artificial intelligence!
Pros:

I liked the room, the staff and the location.
What I did NOT like was, there is nobody around to help you when checking in - or checking out, or if you need or request anything, just a phone number to call artificial intelligence. This part I did not like at all!

Cons:

As above, there is nobody (human body) around, no one to help you....
Just artificial intelligence, who does not understand your needs and demands at all!
