Comfy small rooms, fancy, they provide everything you'll need for a great downtown stay.
Pros:

This was our second stay in a week's trip to Beverly. The Cabot Lodge was booked for two days so we had to stay somewhere else. We were so relieved to be back at the Cabot Lodge after a disastrous stay elsewhere in town. Cabot Lodge staff were able to give us a more comfortable room this time - they are all small but so comfy! This one had a better set-up, furniture wise, but I have already booked another stay there - even if we don't get this room again. Sometimes the rates are super high, but if you catch them in a slow season, it is a pleasure to stay here.

I have already suggested it to others. Glad I found it.
Pros:

I thought it was clean and safe. The room while small was most pleasant as was the bath

Cons:

The mattress covers seem to be of a plastic material resulting in a very hot sleep on your back and cool on the front. The bed was comfortable but a sweaty back woke me up numerous times. Perhaps you could put another type of pad on top of the waterproof or plastic one.

Pros:

Gratis Kaffee in der Lobby und kleine Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Alles lieb eingerichtet.

Cons:

Hochbett war nicht bezogen und ist sehr schwer hochzukommen.
Leider war Checken nach 17 Uhr nur online möglich. Wenn man kein Internet hat echt schwierig. Wäre schön wenn das WLAN Passwort mit verschickt geworden wäre.

Such a wonderful experience!
Pros:

We had a wonderful time in Beverly, the town is adorable. And our stay in The Cabot Lodge was spectacular! The rooms are quaint and extremely clean and comfortable. Decor is so pretty and the amenities are wonderful. The soaps and shampoos smell amazing! We will definitely return!

Pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this room was.
Pros:

Absolutely loved it. Compact but with all the amenities needed for your stay. In fact I honestly cannot fault the room, check in procedure and also the overall comfort of the room. It was great!

We highly recommend the Cabot Lodge and will return.
Pros:

Almost adjacent to the Cabot Theater, where we were attended a concert. It was clean, comfortable, with high-quality accessories. Communication and check-in were easy and warm. Little touches in our room and in the lounge down the hall made the lodge feel really homey.

Cons:

Our room was tiny, as advertised, but totally adequate.

Süße kleine Zimmer, alles da was man braucht, kleine Küche für alle und Tee Kaffee und Wasser vorhanden. Auch ein großer Kühlschrank für alle ist da! Das Personal sehr nett! Komme gerne wieder

Cons:

Wirklich kleines Zimmer, mit, großen Koffern eine Herausforderung. Wenn das Zimmer zu dritt genommen wird werden auch kleine Gebäckstücke eine Herausforderung.

Loved the location and the quaint nature of the hotel.

Cons:

I wish that there were rooms large enough with 2 double/queen beds.
Our room was also near the lobby, which was quite loud in the evening about 11pm when people returned from their evenings out. Of course, this was to be expected for a Saturday night. Next time, I will try to book a room further from the lobby.
