Loved Gilli Air, staff friendly and pretty property.
Pros:

Great location, short walk from harbour.Nice pool and breakfast.

Cons:

Deluxe room (5) small and dark, no seating outside or inside room, not the standard I expected for the price. Construction noise next door took away from the tranquility.

Location, design. The staff is also very kind.

Cons:

Hot water in shower very smelly like drainage,no hot water at sink so impossible to shave, rooms not soundproofed, can hear guest of next room going to the bathroom and talk which give me problem to sleep at night. The food this time was also below expectations, seems they have a new chef. Charging for old wobbly bikes. Charging 2 percent commission on top of card payments.

L’ambiance de l’hôtel qui appelle à la détente, la chambre confortable avec une belle salle de bain, les 3 piscines très agréables, l’emplacement parfait, le petit-déjeuner excellent, le personnel très chaleureux et serviable.

La struttura è molto bella, ben tenuta, in ottima posizione rispetto sia al centro che alle spiagge e dotata di tutti i comfort (3 piscine favolose).
La camera sono pulite ed arredate con gusto.
Lo staff è molto disponibile, simpatico e cordiale.

Cons:

Dato il prezzo che viene richiesto per il soggiorno, basandosi sul costo della vita in Indonesia, ti aspetti qualche cosa di più. Per esempio: Il servizio lavanderia, per il prezzo al kg che viene richiesto, è super scadente, ci hanno perso i vestiti per poi ritrovarli in un secondo momento e consegnarceli neanche stirati.
Ci hanno addebitato 15.000 IDR + tasse + servizio per 2 fette di pane a colazione (avevamo la colazione inclusa nella prenotazione ma ci è stato comunicato che ogni extra va pagato).

Un hotel a la altura de lo increíble de la isla
Pros:

Muy bien situado. Al lado del puerto y de todos los sitos de interés de la isla. Además con el alquiler de una bici o de una e-bike llegas a cualquier lado de la isla en 10 minutos. El personal del hotel es increíble, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Tiene un magnífico servicio de restaurante y spa sin moverte de las instalaciones. Todo perfecto

Heavenly stay at Koho Air Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great staff ! The hotel is situated right by the ferry terminal, which makes it convenient when traveling. The hotel is so cute we didn't want to leave, it has 3 swimming pools and a cozy, relaxing vibe that just makes it a wonderful choice.
The hotel lends 2 beach towels and a bag for us to use during the stay and water is complimentary.

Great food with a lot of choice, activities can be organized by the staff as well.

Pros:

What a gorgeous property. It is hard to explain the amazing vibe. It’s so laid back with lots of room to find a spot to sit a read a book. The staff are attentive and respectful of personal space. They seem to be really proud of the hotel. It’s in the perfect location.

- Very beautiful grounds and pools, very aesthetic.
- Location is everything. Quiet, yet super close to the port
- Rooms are beautiful and simple, with a beautiful outdoor open air bathroom and shower (full of ants though)
- Very comfy bed and good quality linens.
- Did not try the spa.

Cons
- Expensive, definitely one of the most expensive on the island, and the price-quality ratio is not worth it.
- Breakfast was included and food was below average. Skip breakfast if you can, plenty of nice places nearby.
- i was lucky as guests were quiet, but soundproofing is not great and you can easily hear neighbours in adjacent rooms or boise from central restaurant

L’atmosfera è molto rilassante e il posto un piccolo paradiso.
Raggiungibile a piedi dal porto in 2 minuti.

Cons:

Per essere proprio pignoli bisognerebbe curare un attimo di più i dettagli (la porta del bagno era molto vecchia e non si chiudeva bene).
Buona la pulizia ma secondo noi si può fare di meglio.

A truly dreamlike stay. The place is absolutely wonderful, beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail, and the attention given to guests is truly incredible.
