Een superfijn en relaxed verblijf!

Pros:

We've never had a more friendly and welcoming visit to a hotel- within moments of arriving we felt at home. The staff, the layout, the massages, the breakfast, the location. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend splurging on a superior room. It's more spacious and the private outdoor lounge is an added benefit. The beds were veeery comfortable.

Home away from home
Pros:

This was our second visit to KOHO and can highly recommend it.
There was nothing not to like, especially the warm welcome.
We'd recommend the superior room, the outdoor lounge is a very nice benefit.

Wow! Superb location, friendly staff, loved the iced lemon tea welcome drink!
Pros:

Location - very close to harbour for transit to other islands. Close to many good restaurants, shopping, and fairly close to snorkeling spots.

Pools - 3! Lots of loungers, day beds, places to relax in the shade. Outdoor showers.

Free access to filtered water at pool-side restaurant.

Extremely soft linens and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Would have liked a kettle in the room for tea and coffee making.
Experienced two unpredictable power outages in the 3 days we stayed. Property was without power for several hours - meaning you can’t wash your hands or have a shower.
Still giving full star rating though!

Soggiorno perfetto a Gili Air

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato al The Koho Air Hotel ed è stato tutto semplicemente perfetto.
Dalla camera ai servizi, fino alla gentilezza dello staff: ogni dettaglio ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati.
Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella Villa Kiri, bellissima, curata e molto confortevole. Tutto lo staff è sempre stato sorridente e disponibile; un grazie speciale ad Ajid e Marwan per la loro gentilezza e professionalità.

La posizione dell’hotel è strategica, vicinissima al porto e perfetta per esplorare l’isola. Abbiamo noleggiato le bici direttamente in hotel e fatto il giro di Gili Air in totale tranquillità. Sempre tramite l’hotel abbiamo prenotato la nostra prima lezione di snorkeling: un’esperienza indimenticabile che ci ha permesso di nuotare con le tartarughe.

Ottima anche la cucina dell’hotel: colazione davvero top, varia e di qualità, e cene sempre buonissime. Si mangia davvero molto bene.

Fantastica anche la Soma Vita Spa all’interno dell’hotel. Qui abbiamo fatto il nostro primo massaggio balinese ed è stato davvero perfetto. Un grazie particolare a Linda, Elyzha e Novi per la professionalità e la dolcezza con cui ci hanno accolto.

Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno rilassante e autentico a Gili Air.

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel! We stayed in the villa with private pool but there were also 3 common pools in the very cozy and calm territory of the hotel. Villa is very cozy, have everything you need and even more. Staff is super friendly. Tasty food! Very well located, just 3-5 min from the port

Absolutely beautiful- I highly recommend
Pros:

Absolutely stunning property and the most beautiful and welcoming staff! I travelled alone and felt so welcomed and safe. The rooms are beautiful and the sheets are so soft and comfortable- like sleeping on a cloud. I will absolutely be back to stay here again.

Perfect, quiet, relaxing stay - photos don't do it justice!
Pros:

Everything was spot on for our needs - relaxed, comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet, staff very helpful and friendly, food and drink great and served quickly.
Even the hairdryer was high spec too (which is usually an item that is poor in hotel rooms)!
We also loved the chilled out cats around the resort/island.

Cons:

We would have preferred a bathroom that was air conditioned, but this didn't impact our stay at all.

Confortável e inesquecível
Pros:

Localização era perfeita! O pequeno almoço era divinal e com muita escolha. Staff super atencioso, o telefone do meu namorado levou água numa das idas à praia e o staff prontamente nos arranjou um recipiente com arroz para tentar absorver a humidade. Tinham sempre guarda chuva disponíveis para dias de chuva. E deram imensas dicas sobre os melhores restaurantes e spots na ilha.
3 piscinas disponíveis, sempre limpas e com cadeiras disponíveis.
A decoração era incrível.

Cons:

Gosto pessoal, mas não gostamos da casa de banho aberta. Apesar de bastante limpa tinha sempre formigas e tinha medo que viessem para o quarto. De manhã batia o sol pelo que era chato usar a casa de banho sem nos sentirmos com muito calor. E usar depois de o sol se por trazia sempre alguma reticência por causa dos mosquitos.

Such a beautiful hidden gem in the amazing Gili Air
Pros:

The location was perfect. I hidden paradise 1 street back from the beach. The style was amazing the staff were super attentive.
