The hotel is not too far from the beach, there are cafes at a walkable distance.
The personnel at the reception could hardly speak English. The communication happened mostly through the Google Translator which lead to several misunderstandings. They couldn't explain clearly what we need to pay for and why. They didn't know which room we have booked and were confused. Because of that we were put in the wrong room and then about 5 hours later asked to move because they made a mistake. They did apologize and bring a bowl of fruits to say sorry, but it was another inconvenience after a long night of traveling. It happens, I understand. They seemed to be trying, I hope it gets better with time.

Отличный отель. Мы прекрасно отдохнули за эти 3 дня. Соседей почти не было слышно, что удивило, так как я видела, что в соседнем номере жили маленькие дети, но было очень тихо.
Шумоизоляция великолепная.
Завтраки приятные. Шведский стол с достаточным выбором, чтобы не остаться голодными. Есть и европейская и вьетнамская кухни.
Местоположение отличное, море через дорогу, но пляж, где действительно можно купаться, чуть дальше. Но это абсолютно не смущает, так как это совершенно не далеко.
Несмотря на оповещение "не беспокоить", по утрам к нам в номер ломились housekeeping, будив и нас и детей.
Близко к пляжу
Убитый номерной фонд. Обои местами склеены скотчем, где-то просто висят.
Завтраки скудные, однообразные.
Кровати не удобные, ощущение будто матраса вообще нет.
Уборка никакая. Просто меняют полотенца.
Наверху отеля находится бассейн, стекла не мылись , наверное, со времен открытия отеля, но это даже не самое важное.. в детском бассейне на дне - стекла, дочь наступила на осколок и порезала ногу. Рану зашивали в больнице- администратрация отеля принесла извинения тарелкой тухлых фруктов.
Очень мягкие кровати, само постельное белье из очень нежного мягкого приятного на ощупь материала
Нам достался номер в котором вид из окна был перекрыт расположенной прямо за окном огромной железной двухметровой бочкой для воды. Узнать это заранее было невозможно, в номере было обозначено просто что «есть окно», а вид из окна не был представлен на фото данного номера.
The hotel is very good. I booked a room with a balcony and a sea view, which was amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, so I slept really well at night. The breakfast was good.
The pool appeared to be poorly maintained and not clean, so I didn’t feel comfortable swimming. The air conditioning in the gym wasn't working.

Классный и улыбчивый персонал, который всегда готов помочь и охотно идут навстречу. Просторные номера, со свежим ремонтом. Большие, панорамные окна с потрясающим видом. Расположение отеля, буквально в 2 минутах от пляжа
Завтраки, к сожалению, они были посредственные. Хотя за такую стоимость, думаю оно того стоило)
Прекрасное расположение отеля, на углу есть кафе перекусить, свежие кокосы, до моря 5-7 минут, до рынка 10-15 минут. До остановки автобусов 5 минут. Вокруг есть все от прачечной, до множества заведений на любой вкус и карман.
Прекрасные завтраки, большой выбор, 99% постояльцев найдут себе блюдо. Фрукты также присутствуют.
Персонал вежливый, все вопросы и пожелания выполнялись. Полотенца в номере менялись каждый день! Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля!
