The view was beautiful from an oceanfront suite.
The bed was uncomfortable, and outdated bedding. Chemical smell in the room.
La ubicación excelente, el lugar mucho que decir por el precio que se pago. La primera noche no servia el aire acondicionado y dormi solo con el ventilador en la playa es mortal, cuando uno verifica que se cuente con aire acondicionado.

Realmente no nos hospedamos en ese hotel... no tengo nada en contra de LGBT... pero es 100 % para ellos está área... no es familiar... no encontramos por donde entrar, les llame por teléfono y solo me dijeron que enseguida del Hotel Ttopicana, si llegamos a una entrada que decía el nombre del hotel, pero la reja estaba cerrada, no habia nadie atendiendo y ya no volvieron a responder a mi llamada. Perdí la reserva, 12,000 pesos tirados a la basura. Pesimo servicio. Ojala puedan especificar bien el área en que se encuentran ubicados y que el personal atienda como debe ser. Creo que no deberían anunciarlo en BOOKING. Pésima atención.

The location
It seems like it’s just a bait to book elsewhere, right before our stay we got a message that said that their AC was broke and that they could accommodate us at another hotel. The hotel was nice but absolutely not where I wanted to stay, I specifically chose this place because of the location and they don’t even seem to have a beach front suite. So I am 100% sure it’s more of a bait to book at their other hotel.
air condition was not working in main bedroom but they let me keep my luggage before flight so very good
Beach front property close to Malecon and local restaurants! Only inconvenient is that air conditioning did not work!
No remote or function to the tv. Washer and dryer broken. Room is tacky and poorly stocked with the basic amenities. Not appropriate for a one night stay. Poor greeting and registration process with no follow up on the room quality or any other guest needs.
The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.
Locked out of property all night, no desk staff to help. Returned next day to collect belongings and left.

This was our first time staying in the Romantica Zone and it delivered. We were close to the beach with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We were close to the Malecon and amazing restaurants in the area. We plan on returning in the near future as we had such a great time. Side note, the weather and of April is perfect and the ocean temp is warm.
AC did not work in the master bedroom, and no cable TV service for the days we were there. Room was fine, but...
