you get a a good value for the money you pay, the room was very confortable with good beds and good shower
very friendly staff and good location right in front of a shopping mall with restaurants and good shops
when we arrived the hotel elevateor from the parking lot did not work and we had to use the ramp to get to the hotel withh all our luggage, this was very unpleasant since it was raining

El gimnasio esta muy descuidado
La ubicación muy buena ya que iba a un concierto en la plaza que está en frente y literal solo tuve que cruzar la calle
No entregaron la habitación en tiempo y forma (me la entregaron casi 2 horas después de las 3 pm que es el check in) y cuando la entregaron no tenían toallas me las llevaron como a las 7 pm y yo a las 5 pm me tenía que bañar para poder alistarme a tiempo para el evento que iba a tener

I Didn’t Like, That I Had Asked For A Taxi To Be There For 6:15am Sunday Morning And They Told Me They Didn’t Call Me A Taxi. When They Called For A Taxi, The Taxi Came At 6:45. My Daughter And I Missed Our Bus. How Can I Get Back The Money I Last. I Was To Get In Chetumal By A Certain Time, Cause I Had Someone Pick Us Up. To Get Home To Belize. How You Help Me Get Back The Money I Lost.
El hotel en general cuenta con buenos espacios, las habitaciones muy confortables
La atención de la recepcionista fue muy regular, poco amable y poco diligente

mejorar el desayuno, y arreglar los aires, o estaba el cusarto helado o se tenia que apagar

La recepcion esta en segundo piso, no hay señalizacion de entrada,el estacionamiento no tiene elevador a la recepcion ni al cuarto, tiene 2 elevadores peros solo uno funciona
