Pros:

Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt war perfekt. Es ließ sich super alles fussläufig erreichen insbesondere der Aufstieg zum Castelo. Auch das Personal war jederzeit für einen verfügbar und konnte stets helfen.

Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, guter Lage und frischem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel-Personal war wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und hell, und die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht: Es war eher klein, aber hochwertig und frisch. Die Speisen wurden regelmäßig und schnell aufgefüllt, ohne dass es nach Massenbuffet wirkte. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass die gekochten Eier immer frisch waren und das Rührei auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet wurde. Auch die Auswahl an Säften, darunter Orangensaft und Beerensaft, war gut. Der kostenfreie Safe im Zimmer war ebenfalls praktisch, wenn auch recht klein.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Außerdem waren sowohl Straßenlärm als auch Geräusche vom Flur deutlich hörbar, sodass das Zimmer insgesamt etwas hellhörig war. Die Badezimmerlösung mit Glaswand direkt zum Schlafbereich ist sicher Geschmackssache: Es gibt zwar Sichtschutz, dennoch bietet sie beim Toilettenbesuch nur begrenzt Privatsphäre. Für Paare oder Reisende, die sehr vertraut miteinander sind, ist das vermutlich kein großes Problem; bei weniger vertrauten Personen könnte diese Raumaufteilung aber unangenehm sein.

J'avais déposé mes 2 paires de baskets neuves dans un panier en rotin situé dans la chambre. À mon retour, elles avaient été enlevées par la femme de ménage. Lorsque j'ai signalé l'incident le matin, ils ne m’ont pas tenu au courant de la journée. Lorsque de mon retour en fin de journée le réceptionniste m'a expliqué que ce panier était considéré comme une poubelle. Il est pourtant difficile d'imaginer que 2 paires de chaussures en très bon état puissent être confondues avec des déchets.Une paire a été retrouvée dans la poubelle collective de l'hôtel, la 2ème paire a disparu !!!

Le plus choquant reste la gestion de la réclamation. Après avoir reconnu le problème, le réceptionniste m'a d'abord proposé un remboursement de mes chaussures. Puis sans explication valable le supérieur du manager qui n’était même pas sur place, a donc laissé le manager faire donc il est revenu sur cet engagement et a refusé toute indemnisation. Cette attitude donne le sentiment que l'établissement cherche avant tout à se défausser de ses responsabilités plutôt qu'à réparer une erreur pourtant évidente.

Au-delà de la perte matérielle, je déplore le manque de professionnalisme, l'absence de prise de responsabilité et le traitement réservé au client.

Une erreur peut arriver, mais refuser d'en assumer les conséquences est inacceptable. Je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement au vu de cette expérience.

Si vos affaires disparaissent à la suite d'une erreur de leur personnel, ne comptez pas sur le responsable pour reconnaître leur responsabilité !
