Pros:

Lo staff è stato accogliente dall’inizio alla fine della mia permanenza. Mi hanno lasciato in camera anche un biglietto e due cioccolatini super apprezzato. La posizione è ottima in quanto è al centro di tutte le attrazioni da visitare. Alle 15.00 ci sono biscotti e tè gratuiti. Sono arrivata dopo 15 minuti dal check-out ma mi hanno detto di non preoccuparmi e mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli da loro per visitare la città prima della mia partenza.

清潔でした。スタッフさんも皆さん親切で不安が少なかった。朝食の時間も柔軟に対応してくださいました。

Cons:

なかなか物音が響きます。１Ｆにコーヒーなどのサービスありはしますが、やはり部屋に冷蔵庫あるともの凄く助かります。

O hotel correspondeu às expectativas, com boas condições e um ambiente bastante agradável. Destaco especialmente a simpatia, profissionalismo e disponibilidade do colaborador Pedro Carvalho, que foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso durante a estadia. Sem dúvida, uma mais-valia para o hotel. Recomendo!

Nice overnight stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Great boutique hotel with a great location to explore Alfama and adjacent neighborhoods. We even walked (easily), from the cruise we had just disembarked, to the hotel. Of course, it was much too early to check in, but the staff held our bags and even offered us breakfast (we did not take them up on this since we had just had breakfast before leaving the ship). Also gave helpful suggestions (showing and giving us a map) on where to walk around while we waited to meet up for a tour. Also had snacks (pastry, cake) in the afternoon.
Very genial and helpful staff. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. Modern, comfortable, well-kept rooms with nice bathroom amenities.
Very much recommend.

Quarto com ar condicionado sem funcionar em dias de muito calor, sem solução por parte do hotel, ficaram de ver uma forma de compensação, mas foi mero engodo , não se trata de uma entidade séria, já se passaram mais de 2 meses e só enrolação via email

Pros:

Apesar de pequeno, o quarto tem tudo que é necessário para a estadia e a localização é absurdamente boa, principalmente considerando que eu estava sozinha e pretendia conhecer o máximo possível da cidade. Além disso, a equipe é super gentil e atenciosa.

Amazing location! It's the best location we could've picked for our stay in Lisbon.
Pros:

Breakfast had a nice selection. We enjoyed the afternoon cake and tea. The best thing about this hotel is the location and staff. The staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to help. I would stay here again if I were visiting Lisbon!
