Comfortable, functional, plenty of parking, decent bar and food.
Clearing of tables at breakfast was slow. Despite not being busy there were no clean tables with cutlery upon our arrival.
We booked here to be close to where we're moving in for my son's year-abroad master's study. We were booked in something like 203.... IT WAS SOOOOO FAR to get to, like a very long long walk! We also ate at the hotel for lunch once and it was okay. The "smash burger" was not at all a smash and fortunately was good and cooked through, but we did order a pizza one night, our last night, to just chill in the room and watch our football game; they couldn't get down in their lobby *which is very nice. AFTER the long walk back to the room.... literally over a bridge.... The pizza was 100% UNEDIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! The sauce was tomato only, and the cheese was too much, and the crust.... seriously, how hard is it to keep dough on hand and not some store-bought crap!? Honestly, we ate a piece because we were so hungry with how hard we worked that day, and then we all felt sick and just set it outside our room.
ABOVE!! I think it is a fine hotel to stay at when I need one, and I'll stay again because it is close to my son's apartment... unless we can find another hotel. Also, the people at the front desk really need more training in friendliness.

Good place to stay when attending event at warwick arts centre. Was very quiet when we were there. Room had comfy bed and good black out curtains and large tv. Temperature good. Room very clean. Good buffet breakfast.

Have stayed here a lot over the years as daughter at the uni and celebrated the last 3 birthdays in the very comfortable lounge.
Comfortable rooms, large comfortable lounge with free drinks and treats. Easy access to uni and buses to town.
First class - hidden gem
Great location for university. Rooms modern, clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast good. Used the sports centre pool (10 mins walk).

Damp on the entry wall ( next to the how’re). Had to report a large piece of plaster was falling off the wall. Reception did say they’d report to house keeping but not sure how they hadn’t seen this already.

Exceptionally clean, very central location for the university campus. Decent selection for breakfast and all staff we interacted with were lovely. Room was nicer than I had anticipated on booking.
The only tiny issue is that the hairdryer in the room was not working, but it wasn’t really enough of an issue to bother calling down to reception with
Went to see a show at Warwick Arts Centre. It was a 5 minute walk away and perfect. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice lively bar for a nightcap.
Missed breakfast which ended at 9.30. One too many nightcaps 🤪
