El problema es el personal extrajero que evidentemente le esta robando al hotel y a sus pasajeros

Solo que las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

Estoy muy molesta, se nos quedo un joyero lleno de prendas y cuando logramos llamar a el hotel, recibimos groserías de parte de la muchacha que atiende.
Nos cobraron de mas ya que no nos dejaron extender por la aplicación obligándome a pagar directo a mayor valor y solo por unas horas ya que el vuelo era en la noche.

Cumple con su propósito
Pros:

El hecho de llegar horas antes del Check-In y te dejen las cosas custodiadas para poder salir a comer o pasear un rato mientras llegaba la hora, se agradece enormemente. Buena comodidad con TV con Cable, frazadas adicionales, veladores y baños privados con ducha incluida, te otorgan toalla para baño, toalla para manos, shampoo y jabón. El desayuno muy abundante y mucha variedad para comer. Tienen servicio 24 horas, por lo que si sales a algún evento y llegas a las 3 o 4 AM no habrá problemas con la recepción, incluso pueden hervir agua para beber un té o comer alguna sopa instantánea. Muy recomendado. 10/10.

Cons:

No tengo nada malo que mencionar en mi opinión. Existen habitaciones que no tienen ventana ya que se encuentran en el interior del edificio y eso a algunas personas puede llegar a no agradarles y mucho menos a los que sufren de claustrofobia, pero creo que es por el tipo de habitación, no lo tengo claro.
Solo eso puedo mencionar.

The location is great, easy to navigate and close to main attractions in the city. Felt reasonably safe to walk at most hours, although the street where the hotel is located can be a little dark at night.

Las paredes son muy delgadas o bien sin aislacion por lo que se escucharon toda la noche los ruidos y conversaciones de las otras habitaciones prohibiendome un buen descanso.

Servicio de aseo y desayuno, muy bueno.

Cons:

Al check out el tipo de recepción ni me ayudó con la maleta viendo que iba con una maleta de 23 kg bajando por la escalera.
Me tocó una pieza cerca de recepción y estuve durante el día en la habitación y no pude descansar porque el personal se juntó en recepción a reírse a carcajadas, sumado a que llegó un tipo a la habitación de en frente y tenía muy alto volumen de música y el personal no le dijo nada al respecto.
